Perfect beach trip!
Shining Seas was the perfect short getaway from hectic daily work schedules and responsibilities! The condo was super cute, very clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location is awesome. The balcony is right on the beach, and the pier is a short drive to get great shrimp! This is a wonderful place to unwind, relax and chill on the beach. Thank you so much. I booked this stay thru VRBO and I am completely satisfied. The condo is in North Topsail Island, NC. It was clean and well equipped and it was right on the beach. It was wonderful having out morning coffee on the balcony. Just like being on the beach without the sand! Mr. Martin, the owner, made sure we had everything we needed before we left home, he was prompt to answer when I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Awesome Place To Stay
We had a great stay! This was our first trip to Topsail and we were not disappointed. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and really enjoyed having a washer and dryer in the unit. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was well decorated. Beautiful views on both sides of the building. We saw dolphins and found a bunch of shark teeth. It was hard to leave and go back home!

Just spent 6 nights in this condo and we were very pleased with the accommodations. You are right on the beach. You have a beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Topsail Island stay at Sacred Sand II
Loved sitting on the balcony listening to the sound of the ocean. Loved the Condo we stayed in, no carpet easy to clean up sand that hitched a ride in from the beach. Sheets were sealed in plastic from the laundry service and we had to make up our beds but you knew they were clean and this gives you peace in knowing they are clean. Check in and out was easy. The only downside was that there was no elevator so you get your exercise on the steps. WiFi worked great. AC also kept the place a nice temperature once the kids quit running in and out the door. Place was very quiet at night and we slept well.

On The Beach
Beautiful location right on the beach with the sound of waves a lovely background. The kitchen was very well stocked with necessities and the king bed was quite comfortable. Our only suggestion would be more comfortable chairs for the table and living room. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Beach - Amazing View of the Ocean - Relaxing Vacation! Exactly what we were looking for!
My wife & I stayed for a week early Oct 2023 - the location: Surf Fishing from the beach & long walks on beach were exactly what we were looking forward to and that’s exactly what we received. The beach sand is just steps away from your door! Shopping was a short 20+ min drive which wasn’t too bad. We found a few good places to eat a short car ride away as well. The Baked Pizza shop was excellent! Great place with great value.

Everything was perfect
Amazing stay at this condominium. Property manager was easy to work with. Answered questions quickly. Entry to condo was very easy. I especially appreciated the property manager giving us exact directions to the condo and the room. Condo was very clean and was exactly as stated. They even offered plenty of books and games to play. Bedding and towels are wrapped up for you to open so you know everything is clean. They offered plenty of cookware, dishes, washing tablets/sponges etc. View was fantastic! I could sit out on the porch all day. Walk to the beach was steps away. Everything was clean. Pool was clean and relaxing. We went early September and it was still open. Playground was perfect for my five year old. Plenty to do. Very clean. They even have a little lending library. Look forward to our next visit.

Condo was clean and easy to get to upon arrival. The view from the balcony was perfect. My only complaint was the smell. It almost smelt as though someone had smoked in there before us or maybe it just hadn't been rented in a little bit and had been closed up. Other than that it was perfect for our weekend get away.

Great Long Weekend
This was our first time at North Topsail Beach. My husband and I were visiting our daughter who is stationed at Camp Lejeune. It was a perfect distance for her to come and go, but she could have stayed with us as well as the bunk beds would have been fine. The property is as advertised. It was perfect for a long weekend with me and my husband. Being on the beach was great. Communication with the property owner was easy and timely. I was also surprised at how quiet it was at night especially since you're in a condo type environment. That was really great.

Love!!
The place was so beautiful and very clean as soon as we walked in the door. I was blown away with how nice and clean it was. Excellent response time and communication with the host. As soon as I messaged about anything he immediately responded. We even lost an ipad on the playground while there and I wasn't sure how to get a hold of or find management and he immediately got ahold of them and even tho it was a weekend and no one was in that day they had it back to us within minutes. I messaged and laid my phone down and they already had it hand delivered to the apartment we were staying in before I even picked it back up. Excellent!! We will be coming back every year from now on. We found our permenant vacation spot for many years to come. It was perfect. Beaches weren't crowded and neither was the pool. We pretty much had It to ourselves to enjoy. Everyone was very polite and we enjoyed our stay!

Will be back!
My husband and I are new to NC and we were randomly looking for a place to celebrate our anniversary. We knew we wanted a place on the beach. When I saw Shining Sea condo with it's beautiful pics of the ocean right outside the deck, we knew this was the one! We were so pleased with the communication with the owner Allen and with the location. The unit was everything they promised and more. We will definitely be back!
