At the very first when I arrived, I had a very hard time to find the front desk. So I had to check in with the Solitude Lodge Front Desk and they sent me to a different hotel with wrong room type. I had to spend 1 hour on the phone with Expedia and Vibo to find out what happened, and the whole property offered zero help. After I checked out from the wrong room and check in to the correct room, I found the TV was broken, half of kitchen lights were broken, no counter top light ( basically I cooked in the dark for three nights). The DVD player does not connecting to the arc properly, and the Wi-Fi broken during the middle of the night!!! The maintenance guys came only once and made a lot of promise they never accomplished. The Wi-Fi broken during after hour and they said I have to wait until next morning for the service. And they never came. Very disappointed experience. Do not recommend this please.
