This villa is actually a lot nicer than than the photos show. It sits high on the cliffs with a perfect 180 degrees view over Port de Soller. The very modern villa spreads over 3 floors with the pool by the ground floor. There is also a beautiful and very well maintained garden.
There are 3 large bedrooms, all with en-suite and a great view, attached to one of them is a kids room with bunk beds sleeping 4 kids. A really nice set-up. This means the house sleeps up to 10 people, only the outdoor dining table only has space for 4, the indoor dining table has space for 6 (on the last day we found out that it can be extended), this honestly was very annoying as we were a group of 7.
The infinity pool is also on the small side and was rather cold during our stay, despite there being a heatwave. It is not suitable for kids under 5 years old.
The house was very well cleaned and is in general in good shape, but most air conditioners were leaking water, and quite a lot. There was a burst water pipe in the wall between the master bedroom one the kids room. This meant the shower could not be used there, and the wall in the kids room was wet and smelly, unacceptable really.
Apart from these maintenance issues then it’s a pretty house and we did enjoy our stay. We would recommend the owner though to change the very odd patterned bed linen to something that fits the modern house instead, like a grey linen for example.
