It is located in a beautiful waterfront setting, inside it was clean.
The things that were lacking included a reasonable range of cooking equipment: no serving or food preparation bowls or dishes, 3 small side plates for 5 of us, only 2 v large saucepans, no baking trays, only 1 tea towel & 1 dishcloth, so had to be washed & dried every day; none of the electrical equipment (apart from the wifi) had any instructions rendering many of them impossible to use. An important example was the cooker, whose air fryer we could not use.
The kitchen sink tap was loose on its mount and there was nowhere to drain dishes or cutlery.
There was no iron, just a steamer without instructions that did not function as an iron.
In the smaller of the 2 double bedrooms the room was only big enough for a single bed. It was so small that the occupants had to climb over the bed to get in and there were no bedside lights next to the bed.
There was no rubbish facility and no recycling boxes/containers, and no information about the collection days, so we had to leave all the waste unsorted in large brown paper bags.
The code for the front door did not come until we were actually on the ferry to the island, and as we did not have wifi we could only access this via the data roaming facility that one of us has. This was despite my asking for the code. Unlike the other 2 properties we stayed at there was no advance general information about the property.
