The apartments at Villaggio Le Querce offer an authentic and comfortable experience, featuring furnishings made with natural materials and warm tones that reflect the welcoming atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside. Although newly built, the property stands out for its colors and design, inspired by the traditional Maremma style. The apartments, organized as terraced cottages, include an entrance living room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a double bedroom. The apartment is located on the first floor of a low rise building and features a balcony offering a beautiful view of the garden. All units are independently heated and air conditioned, and complimentary Wi Fi is available throughout the property.

The village includes a 20x8 m pool, an artistic pool with a waterfall and tuff sculptures, barbecue areas nestled within the park, an indoor playroom for children, an outdoor playground, and an outdoor gym. The Tempio di Thesan Spa and a unique cellar carved into the tuff complete the relaxation experience. Additionally, a tavern overlooking the park and fully equipped spaces for breakfasts and events provide opportunities for conviviality and enjoyment.

The property offers free parking with 80 spaces and the option to order breakfast. A portable bed can be added to the apartments for 10 per night, and cribs are available for 10 per stay.

The facility also provides charging stations for electric vehicles (service available for a fee). Pets are welcome at our village, with a 15 fee for final apartment cleaning.
