The bedrooms, one with private bathroom are with double bed and large built-in closets. The small living room can accommodate 2 people sleeping and sofas of the large living room 2 beds also. Outside: very large covered terraces, stainless steel plancha, sink, outdoor dining area. A WC + shower dedicated to the use of the pool in the outbuildings as well as sink, dryer, washing machine and freezer cabinet. Pas correct et non conforme
A notre arrivée, nous faisons un point :
- Stores ne fonctionne plus et reste fermé.
- Sur 4 baies du salon, 2 ne ferment pas, il faut donc baisser les stores sinon la maison reste ouverte pour qui veut entrer.
- Chambre équipée d'un famille d'araignées juste au dessus de la tête, sympas !
- Les parois des douches n'ont jamais vu d'éponge. Il existe pourtant des produits anti calcaire sans effort.
- Les nappes, certe lavé mais elles sont tellement vielle que la matière colle et les tâches ne partent plus.
- Le four inutilisable en l'état, très gras aucun nettoyage fait.
Le mobilier extérieur hors d'âge et les housses sont dans un état tel que je n'ai même pas de mots.
La propreté des terrasses inacceptable, toile d'araignée partout, plumes, excréments oiseaux, etc.
Nous étions venu en 2016 et nous avions été très contents du séjour mais là, ce logement ai clairement plus entretenu.
La situation géographique est excellente pour les sportifs comme nous mais a ce tarif il y a beaucoup mieux.
Nous avions loué 8 jours mais nous avons quitté les lieux au bout de 4 jours.
Jamais nous ne reviendrons ici.
Le propriétaire a été prévenue de notre déconvenue et de notre départ anticipé mais a ce jour aucune communication.

Villa très bien située et très agréable
La villa est très bien située, dans une rue très calme à 10 mn à pied des commerce du lac et de la plage . Très bien équipée, belle piscine chauffée. Beau jardin pour passer des vacances en extérieur même par temps maussade avec accès direct au sentier de promenade en forêt. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à sa

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und Garten
Wir haben hier 2 Wochen mit 2 Erwachsenen, 3 Kindern und einem Hund verbracht. Im Haus fehlt es an (fast) nichts. In der Küche haben wir nur eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine vermisst. Ansonsten war alles wunderbar. Schöne Strände, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind wunderbar. Wir haben sehr viel Tischtennis im überdachten Carport gespielt. Ruhige Lage in einer verkehrsberuhigten Sackgasse.

Die Hütte / Villa hat ALLES eingehalten, was inseriert war und war auch in einem tadellosen sauberen Zustand. Selbst Kleinigkeiten wie Gewürze/Waschmittel etc. waren ausreichend vorhanden und wir mussten nichts einkaufen.
Hervorheben möchte ich dennoch die sehr freundliche und kompetente Unterstützung mit Joanie von der Agentur vor Ort; vielen Dank nochmals. Nur zu empfehlen, viel Spass

La villa est magnifique, Soustons est parfait pour les vacances en famille
Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en Aout 2018, nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants.
La villa est tres agréable, spacieuse et lumineuse. Elle est très bien entretenue, très confortable et super bien placée. La cuisine et super équipée, on trouve tous les ustensiles pour cuisiner.
On peu se rendre a pied au Lac marin et à la plage de Souston (15min). Possibilité de faire du surf, du paddle ...
En vélo par la piste cyclable on peut se rendre en quelque minutes aux commerces de Vieux Boucau.
On a vraiment apprécié ce séjours et recommandons vivement cette villa pour qui cherche le calme et les loisirs familiaux

Ein wundervoller Urlaub!
Das Ferienhaus ist groß, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war super, klar und gut gewartet. Es gibt rung ums Haus große Terrassen, man findet immer ein Plätzchen im Schatten oder in der Sonne. Die Tischtennisplatte war komplett überdacht, wir haben oft gespielt. Zum Meer sind es nur 2 km Luftlinie, es geht schnell mit dem Fahrrad. Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen, die Organisation war gut, alles ist wie auf den Bildern und Nicolas, der Vermieter, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Peaceful, spacious, comfortable.
