Spacious and Nice Hot Tub.
We liked the number of bedrooms, and the beds themselves were comfortable with nice linens (sometimes hard to find). The hot tub was a great spot to relax. We also enjoyed the big table in the dining room, which was great for socializing and board games.

We had a fantastic stay. We loved the hot tub!!! The privacy at the house was fantastic!!! The house has so many originnal features from the 1920's. Loved all the original work. fafantastic. Like a little hidden oasis.

Great Stay
This is a very nice house for the ND football weekend. The listing is as described—a clean and comfortable house. Check-in was very easy—I received an email and text two days prior with the door code and instructions. The beds were comfortable, and the provided towels were plush. The outdoor patio is a nice place to hang out. We didn't use the hot tub, but I looked in it, and it was clean and ready to be used. The firepit was set up with wood and ready to use. We had a few questions during our stay, and my texts to the host were replied to very quickly. The hosts are clearly invested in providing a five-star experience and did so for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great house!
We really enjoyed staying at this house and the property was exactly as described in the listing. The host was very easy to communicate with and always answered questions right away and checked in with us during our stay to ensure there wasn't anything we needed. The location was great and near so many local attractions, as well as the downtown area. We enjoyed the hot tub every nite (and the teenager among us used it even more.) The fire pit was perfect for a night of making s'mores. There are many games (for all ages) and there were 4 bikes were available as well. There were plenty of towels for all of us, with plenty of extras. This house worked out perfect for our group of 8. Would definitely stay here again if we vacation in South Bend. Thank you, Todd!

The overall stay was good. i was a little upset because the property looked bigger in the pictures than it actually was. The hot tub had a decent about of dirt and debris in it which was upsetting. some of the dishes in the cabinets looked like they needed washed. the bath tub has no traction on the floor. it’s super slippery and our bride of the bachelorette group fell while in the shower and hit her head and has a few bruises on her now. the outside lights that you manage in sunroom did not work at all.

Great property, easy to access and super clean. The hot tub was hot and the grill worked, having four bedrooms was awesome and the Nespresso machine was great every morning. Also having an abundance of towels was a huge plus with the hot tub and daily towel use. the outdoor entertainment area was fantastic. If we ever head back to south bend we will definitely be staying here again. Super cool old house

This rental was as good as advertised, and a little bit more. Charming in beauty and location, it was also incredibly functional. We traveled as a family, including small children. The property had character, yet had fun guest amenities that were contemporary. Including a very nice hot tub and grill - both hits with our family. Go Irish !

We had a great Family Easter together. Everyone loved the hot tub and since the weather was a little cool it was good to come back to the home and relax in the warm tub. Todd our host reply to any questions we had very quickly and pictures of the house were just exactly as the house is. Great Family Time. I would stay again.

Great location for trip to Notre Dame
My family and I recently stayed at this property for a long weekend at Notre Dame. The house was a well-kept beautiful home with all the accommodations we needed. We were able to enjoy the all-seasons room even in the cold January weather. There were also nice amenities like the downstairs game room and hot tub that made our down time at the house enjoyable. There were plenty of towels and other supplies and Todd made himself available via text to address any issues. Check in and check out were seamless. The property was less than a 10 minute drive from the Notre Dame campus in a safe neighborhood. We would gladly stay at the property again on our next trip to town.

The Boys Had Planned To Go Out
However, upon check in a group of 16 & 17 year olds ringing in our son's birthday discovered a treasure trove of hidden nooks and crannies to explore and ended up staying in to play hide and seek until they decided their hard semesters required a soak in the hot tub. It was a perfect setting for a memorable party celebrating the last of our son's official childhood yeats ❤️

Notre Dame Weekend Getaway
We stayed here for a Notre Dame football weekend in November. This house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was a big hit with our crew, especially after long days walking on campus and going to the football game. The property manager was in frequent contact to ensure our stay was going well. We would definitely stay here again and we would recommend this place to friends looking for a great place to stay in South Bend!

Great rental for large group for Notre Dame game
Beautiful house with a wonderful yard that had plenty of space for our group of 11 (7 adults and 4 kids) to relax in between trips to Notre Dame campus for the game and weekend activities. It is an older home, but everything was functional and well kept. Host is very responsive to questions. Will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.
