Beautiful apartment 😍
We enjoyed our stay. Apartment is beautiful, view is stunning. I was worried getting hot in July especially we are from the US used to ACs, but with the opened windows, it was very nice and enjoyed the cool breeze while asleep. Katarina was very responsive. Everything went great ❤️

Beautiful location, convenient to many of the places we wanted to see
My husband and I stayed here for five nights. For the two of us, the apartment was almost perfect. It was the top floor of a building containing five apartments total and housing a small pizzeria. The only complaint we could have was that the kitchen could use a few more accoutrements (i.e. - a cutting board, we ended up using the top of a pizza box; microwave for reheating food leftovers) to make it easier to fully utilize. As it is, it would be difficult to cook a full meal. Other than that, the apartment was clean and made for a comfortable place we could relax at the end of the day. The view our first morning was spectacular (we lucked out with clear skies), the apartment is close to the train station and not too far from the grocery store and a couple of good restaurants. There was a bit of street noise, but that is the price of convenience and it mostly disappeared at night. Some blinds were missing on some of the skylight-like windows, but I assume they are in process of being replaced. Some reviews mention difficulty contacting the property manager, but we did not run into any issues getting the necessary information to access the apartment.

Bad communication, great town!
We had a very hard time getting in touch with the host prior to check-in. We had to reach out to VRBO support to contact the host to send us info. She finally responded a few hours prior to check-in and had us download an app with a code, which was very difficult given the lack of phone reception while we were traveling to the space. Once we checked into the property, we were disappointed to find out the space hadn’t been cleaned very well. The sheets were dirty on the pullout couch and there was trash folded into the pullout bed. There were only 2 towels for 4 guests total. Overall, Spiez is beautiful and worth the trip, but I would not recommend booking this property.

Great for 4 guests - no more!
Awesome views, nice furnishings. Booking says it can accommodate 6 people but only has beds for 4 - we had five and someone slept on the couch/sofa without any extra bedding provided. Not a great experience. Needs better lighting - two lights in entire apartment gave little flexibility when some wanted to sleep and others wanted to stay up. Also needs a few things, including an electric kettle or microwave. Had to boil water for tea on stove which is mildly inconvenient.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen und sehr schön. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, die Betten sehr gut. Wir waren zu fünft, brauchten also auch die Couch, was gut machbar ist. Wirklich einziger Kritikpunkt war der verschmutzte Backofen und das sehr verschmutzte Blech darin. Diese Kritik geht aber auch an unsere Vormieter, die das so hinterlassen haben. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin im Vorfeld war total unkompliziert, sie hat meine Fragen meist innerhalb einer Stunde beantwortet. Vielen Dank dafür. Und Spiez selbst ist ein wunderbarer Ort, ebenso das gesamte Berner Oberland.

Sehr schöne gemütliche Unterkunft
Der Aufenthalt mit der Umgebung war sehr schön , leider gab es vor Ort keine offiziellen Parkplätze und das Geschirr war etwas dreckig, aber für uns 5 Mädels war dies Ingesamt trotzdem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft 👍
