In the complex of the eighteenth-century Villa Cardi farm, after careful renovations completed in the first months of 2017, three Holiday Apartments have been built.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans « il bassoto ». Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Teresa qui a toujours très disponible et prête à nous aider. L’appartement est très beau. Il est spacieux, très bien agencé avec de très beaux meubles. Il est très bien équipé et climatisé. Il y a une grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique. Le village de Spinetoli est très agréable et tout autour il y a des endroits merveilleux à visiter.

Villa Cardi - eine erstklassige Wohnung in toller Lage
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Cardi. Unsere Wohnung hieß „Il Bassetto“, und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die liebevolle Einrichtung in der Kombination Historie trifft Neuzeit hat uns sehr gefallen, und wir haben in den bequemen Betten wunderbar geschlafen. So waren wir fit für den Tag, um Spinetoli und Umgebung beim Sightseeing oder Wandern zu erkunden. Auch der Strand ist mit dem Auto nur 15 min. entfernt. Unvergessen bleiben die lauschigen Sommernächte auf der großen Terrasse mit einem phantastischen Blick auf die Landschaft der Marken. Teresa ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, die sich sehr um unser Wohl gekümmert und uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben hat. Sogar das Wetter hat sie für uns passend bestellt 😊. Unbedingt kosten sollte man ihr selbst produziertes Olivenöl, und sie bietet ihren Gästen auch Gemüse oder Eier aus eigener Produktion an. Kurz gesagt: wir wären gerne viel länger geblieben!!!

a perfect stay in south of Marken
Il Bassotto is a perfect place to stay and explore south of Marken and Abbruzzen. It's a beautiful building, very well maintained and with an impressive view. Our whole Family enjoyed to stay here. Thanks to Teresa!

Appartement très sympa pour nous qui venons dire bonjour à la famille. Ameublement moderne. Propriétaire très sympathique et très avenant. Petit bémol avec la machine à laver mais ça peut arriver. C est un appartement que je conseil. Si on veut aller à la mer, pas loin en voiture mais on retrouve le calme de l endroit le soir. Adresse à retenir pour l année prochaine. Merci et salutations
