Our suite was beautiful; very clean, comfortable beds, modern amenities.( Room 304 ). However, the noise from the person who lives in the apartment above was atrocious! We heard EVERYTHING! When we commented to the front desk they simply said there was nothing they could do about it.

We LOVED the hotel!! So quaint! Rooms are big and comfortable. Check in was confusing but it was worth it for $10 parking.

Charming hotel with large rooms, thick towels. Coffee and tea bar is available all day and is a thoughtful amenity. Gym is nicely equipped and spacious. Perfect location to attend concerts at the Fox Theatre, which is right across the street.

I enjoyed my time at the Montvale. What a unique and wonderful property! It’s close to my favorite cafe, restaurant and brewery. Loved the 24/7 hot beverage station. I’ll stay there again!

The Montvale is a charming Hotel that is surprisingly quiet even though it is located in a busy area. The facility is very well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. Parking is secured by a fence. There is a bakery and coffee shop right next door for morning needs.

Great with a comma and a but…

Great unique little hotel. The one thing I would warn someone about is the paper thin walls! We stayed on the 2nd floor and we could hear the person snoring next to us along with their conversations! It was wild. Otherwise the study was great—clean, comfortable and staff was amazing.
