I stayed at Le Petite during a quick visit to see my daughter at Whitworth. It was nice to find a place close to the campus as most of the decent vacation rentals I've stayed at are on the other side of Spokane. Definitely a plus to not have to deal with the traffic getting from one side of Spokane to the other. La Petite was quiet, comfy, and beautifully decorated. Tirza was a great host - checking in with me during my stay, lights were on in case I arrived after dark, and she even left some yummy Crumbl cookies for me on the counter. It is a studio so best suited for 1-2 people and there is a front house that is part of the property as well. The people in the front house were friendly so I didn't experience any issues. It is an older neighborhood and homes are close to one another, so sitting on the patio means the neighbors will see you too. So if you like your own private patio it might not be for you. However if you're looking for a cozy place to just rest your head and enjoy some quiet time in North Spokane, this is it. Le Petite will be one of my go-to's for future stays in Spokane.
