I liked the facility, The flight landed at noon, I wanted to stow our personals, get lunch and head to work. I asked the receptionist to check-in earlier, she gave a boilerplate I also explained the situation, in addition we wouldn't be able to check in after midnight if not than, without a moment of hesitation, not any effort to see if there was anything she could even pretend to do to give the appearance of taking care, and sympathizing, same boilerplate back at my face. We show up at 1AM and have to sit in the vehicle for 25mins for someone to check us in. Needs a fix,management!

The space was dark and kind of dirty, thankfully the bed was clean. The front desk didn’t want to give us the time of day, especially when we asked for a room closer to the parking area because I need a cane to walk. I had called way ahead to ask if they had elevators, told not needed, all units on ground level, just didn’t realize it was quite a ways to get to the room.

Wonderful stay SMS very quiet! Just a nice little 2 bedroom suite! We stayed because our daughter had to be at the GEG airport by 6:45am.( we live in Moses Lake) Very close to airport and worth it!

Remarkable Affordable extended stay
Excellent stay! From our 1st interaction with the staff so friendly check in was a breeze and then making changes due to my medical issues with no hesitation was incredible. Suite was perfect and exactly as described with a full kitchen, pots & pans, dishes we could make real meals! The bed was super comfortable as were the sofa & chair. Cable TV & Wifi had no issues. Very clean inside and out. No complaints at all. We even extended our stay a couple days. We'll be staying here again next month. Perfect for extended stays!

Check in was like dealing with Roz from Monster’s Incorporated. Got all the rules and consequences if I locked myself out after hours ….”I got my eyes on you Wazowski!”. Kinda funny. Place was ok, filled a need for a couple days. Went to Residence Inn rest of the stay.

Very poor customer service. Not one time did they even offer to clean room, to bring more towels, more coffee etc... never saw a hotel that didn't offer at least to get more towels or more coffee or anything.

Wish there check in times were sooner than 4 pm being that check out is at 11am. The rooms sizes and amenities are awesome. some repairs and touch ups are needed to some of the units hopefully before they get to bad

These units have been over used without any upkeep or deep cleaning. I almost didn't want to sleep on the bed due to questioning whether the bedding was clean or not. The door looked like it had been previously kicked in, you could see daylight between the door and the molding. The room just felt dirty inside, like I didn't want to sit on the chairs and sofa. Yes, it was cheap but I've stayed in other "cheap" hotels that are in way better shape than here.
