Both good and bad here so give it a full read. We arrived at dark so I only saw the inside of the home initially. It is minimal in the home but the kitchen was great. I immediately noted the weird faucets that nearly throw the water at you in the master bathroom. No washing machine detergent and only a few beach towels and lower water pressure. But it is a tankless water heater so the whole family can shower. The beds were firm and had a plastic cover on them which made it somewhat hot on the one side you sleep on and the master bedroom ceiling fan did not turn off despite all the switches and remotes found and used. The light turned on and off...just not the fan and it was set on high. So note that incase you don't like fans. We did go to walmart the next morning and got groceries and coffee, washing machine soap and other items and the kitchen allotted for all our meal making and prep needs. Do note it is cheaper kitchen utensils and kitchen cooking items. What I did love was the screened in porch and the location to the park! The park that is merely but a small walk is so nice! Wonderful calm water, volleyball nets, playground, food purchases, spray and change station, and absolutely lovely sunsets and rises. By accident I booked this vrbo so close to the park that had all these ameneties but so so so happy I did! We traveled with kids and grandparents so this was a very doable walk and very enjoyable for everyone!
