Noisy. People above me were making noise until 4 a.m. Low price hotels attract clientele that makes it feel unsafe. Stingy and cheapest shampoo, soap, kleenex ran out. Overall just a cheap, lousy place to stay.

Could not sleep because of noice .. loud music in the evening then early in the kids screaming , crying and parents yelling at their kids . I think their are families that live in the rooms .. the noise started around 6am nonstop .. did not get any sleep at all .. breakfast area was dirty , cereal and milk in the floor , no coffee and they were out waffles . Trash outside was overflowing with beer cans and food ….

Room was good but i was downgraded to a 1 queen bed cuz i was alone. I booked a room with 2 beds. I paid for a room with 2 beds. The property changed my reservation without consulting me or compensating me. Beside that the staff and room were good. I would stay again.

This old smelly motel advertises bathtubs. And pictures them in the ad. We reserved based on them having a bathtub for my disabled husband. Once we got there we discovered they only have showers! We tried to cancel and were told we would still have to pay for the room! After several hours of arguing with the motel and Expedia about the false advertising we had to pay $25.00 cash and the motel canceled our reservation. DO NOT stay here! The rooms are smelly and old. False advertising! No bathtubs!

The towels need to be laundried with bleach. Some looks disgusting. The entrance door was filthy. The shower area should have at least one shelf where you could put your soap and shampoo. The hair dryer’s plug is so filthy. The machines that are not working should be taken out of the property so it is not an eyesore.

The floors and the linen was dirty. And when I was about to shower, I saw there was a huge cockroach or water bug on the curtain. I felt oblifated to sweep the floor with a towel, kill the bug, sanitize all bathroom surfaces... It was not a pleasant experience. I am grateful the water worked, their was a tv, and a double lock on the door.

Non smoking room, ashes right beside the toilet nobody could miss, clearly bathrooms don't get cleaned so I didn't shower. Slept in my sleeping bag on top of the bed with my own pillow. Worst experience ever...service was friendly, east indians certainly know customer service, duh.

Modest, but comfortable.
Was in town for some real estate business and this place was just what I needed for my trip. The room was modest, but comfortable, with plenty of hot water in the shower. This hotel worked out great for me and I would recommend this place if you're in Springerville and need an affordable place to stay.

I was a little concerned about noise at first because there were a lot of young men hanging out on the 2d floor walkway, listening to loud music and talking, but they quieted down at a reasonable hour. The only noise I heard after dark was the laundry machines next door, and that finished before bedtime. The room was very pleasant and so much more reasonably priced than the name-brand motels in the area.
