This was great house for a girls trip! You're just over the bridge from downtown St. Augustine, and super close to some amazing restaurants. Make sure to check out the Kenyan Coffee House on that the corner of the main intersection, turning into the house's neighborhood. Mojo's for tacos is amazing, too, for a quick (and causal) bite to eat. The Conch House has amazing for seafood!
Overall, the house was nice with comfortable beds. The kitchen has the bare minimum essentials, so if you're looking to stay in and cook, you might need to pick up a few things. There were beach/pool towels provided along with a few beach chairs, small soft cooler, and an umbrella for the beach. (They weren't spectacular, but got the job done!) We packed for the beach and drove over to The Reef restaurant because there's a public beach right in front of the restaurant that's less crowded.
Plus, if you eat there you can park in their parking lot.
Zander was amazing and great with communication! It was super easy and stress free to stay at his property! We'd stay here again. :)
