Perfect location for a city stay. The Wine shop the condo sits over is great. Very spacious for 2 couples. We had a fun time with friends for a long weekend. Great experience!

Prime location!!
We loved this place! It was conveniently located in the middle of town, within walking distance to so many sites. We spent a lot of time on the porch watching people below. There are 2 bars next door, so be sure to bring a noise machine for sleeping. The 10pm noise ordinance is not observed. But it surely is fun watching people! Communication with the host was spot on and extremely prompt. We’d love to stay here again.

Great location! I mean absolutely perfect! 64 Hypolita was super clean and comfortable. The smart TV was spot on with its apps. The kitchen was great and we loved the refrigerator with a good working ice maker. Beds were fun but comfortable. Would highly recommend for any stay in St. Augustine.

We had 4 women on this girls trip and could not have chosen a better place to stay! The condo was perfect for us! The location is amazing! We parked our car and didn’t have to move it once. The only thing that needs some attention is the master bathroom door. It doesn’t close very well due to the issues with the flooring.

What a great place !!
We recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely house while visiting St. Augustine, and it was an unforgettable experience! The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the historic sites and vibrant downtown area. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. What truly set this trip apart was the outstanding hospitality of our hosts. I mentioned in passing that our friend was recovering from surgery, and to our surprise, they prepared a small gift bag with a thoughtful present for her. It was such a kind and considerate gesture that made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts for making our stay so special. Quaint Little Beauty
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! This little diamond in the rough is located perfectly within walking distance to St. George Street where all the action is at. Everything about it is so convenient... parking just steps away from the front of the house, spacious rooms (primary bedroom and bathroom are huge!), more room than you can ask for! A/C worked like a charm in every room even in the hot, muggy weather that is typical to Florida in the summer. Was very impressed by how well the house is maintained and super clean! Property owners kept in touch throughout our stay. Will definitely stay in this little charm again!

Birthday Getaway
We loved the location! You can park your car and spend the entire stay exploring on foot. When you're ready for a rest, you can walk back to the apartment and sit on the balcony and people watch. The apartment is spacious and flooded with natural light. I would recommend replacing the carpet and the patio wicker bench but the location is so good that those items were a small blemish on the place.

Charming apartment in excellent location with convenient parking.
This charming little apartment is in such a great location to enjoy all the shopping and eating in the historic district with no worries of driving those crowded narrow streets and struggling with parking. Do keep in mind the nature of the location and bring those earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. The photos and descriptions very accurately portray the accommodations. Loved the natural lighting and the quirky wallpaper. Some things are showing their age a bit, but everything is well maintained and clean. Only minor issues, there are several spots on the carpet that need cleaning, and possibly consider wiping down the patio furniture for guests, as it was very dusty. It required a quick dusting before sitting down. Timely communication from David on our spur of the moment, last minute rental was greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the freebies! Thank you! Hope to stay again sometime in the future for Nights of Lights.

Location Cannot Be Beat!
I stayed at the property with my brother and SIL to attend our cousin's wedding. The home was very spacious and well appointed, we had everything we needed! We parked in the lot across the street and never needed our car again, every place was within a short walk. There is an amazing bagel shop across the street (Shout out to Schmagel's Bagels for being awesome and serving fresh bagels and cream cheeses) and half a block down there is the best little Cuban coffee shop and bakery where I got Cuban coffee every day and the $1 ham and cheese croquettes are not to be missed! St. George Street is just a block and a half away and that's where you'll find all the shops you'll ever need! We walked the entire Historical District daily marveling at the beautiful architecture, stopping in for drinks (delicious sangria!) and eating at all the wonderful restaurants. Some of our favs were Casa Maya, Tini Martini Bar, Casa Reina, River and Fort, Pierre's for live music, and be sure to get a fun cocktail at the Tipsy Duck Parlor! We loved this city so much we didn't even want to go to the beach, maybe next time.

Perfect place for exploring historic St. Augustine
Stayed here for a long weekend. This place is perfect for a family, couples, or friends traveling together. Location is great for exploring historic st. Augustine. Everything is within walking distance. Apartment was laid out perfectly to have place to relax and eat meals when not out exploring the town. Nice having bars within walking distance so could enjoy bars and not have to worry about driving afterwards. Balcony was a plus for enjoying breeze and watching people go by.

Location, location, location!
My teenage daughter & I very much enjoyed our "mommy/daughter" trip to St. Augustine & this home was the perfect "home base" for us. We parked the car & were able to walk everywhere else we wanted to go. We did have a couple of small maintenance issues when we checked in but they were handled quickly & professionally. It would have been nice to have been permitted to continue to park in the spot on the day of our departure for a little bit longer as there was an Easter parade going on and it took us 23 minutes to navigate the streets trying to get out of the downtown area because of all of the road closures. Although I understand why we were given a hard no to our request, it was still disappointing after such a nice stay. If we decide to visit St. Augustine again, we will most definitely look up this place to stay in again.
