Great location
House was in a very quiet neighborhood yet close to the beach and historic St. Augustine. The host always got back to us quickly when there was an issue or question. The free passes to attractions were definitely helpful. The backyard is very tropical. It was cold when we were there so we didn’t get to use the pool. My only criticism would be what others have said such as patches on the walls and ceiling that should be painted and the outside furniture should be relaxed soon.

Nice 3BR 2BA house in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from downtown St. Augustine. We enjoyed being walking distance to restaurants away from the downtown area. Our trip was between Christmas and New Years and the town was overcrowded.

Great Convenient location in St. Augustine
Short walk to lighthouse and alligator farm. Home was clean, lots of patches on walls and could use a fresh coat of paint, and lacking/sparse in items such as blankets, drinkware (set of 6 glasses and 2 odd ones, NO wine glasses?), no pot holders or baking sheet (the small pan was in awful shape and we had to cover with foil). Kitchen faucet handle falls off. We don't know how this was listed as sleeps 9 as there would not be enough glasses, blankets, towels, or Seating! Two small couches in the living room and four dining chairs and a bench. We told the owner about a serious looking mold problem on the living room ceiling and several of the vents (this needs to be corrected asap, as does the annoying flickering light in the dining room). The master bedroom has inadequate window covering on the sliding door leaving no privacy if anyone is on the back porch or using the pool; The master shower has not one place to put your soap or razor or washcloth, other than on the floor (there is a wall dispenser for shower gel and shampoo) Neighborhood felt safe, dog friendly. Fully fenced yard (but make sure the gate is latched!)

Beautiful pool & great location
The neighborhood felt safe and was very close to downtown. We loved the layout of the house and beautiful pool. The beds were comfortable. The owners were accommodating and very communicative. I’d stay here again!

Pool Paradise in St. Augustine
The house is spacious and comfortable. We found everything we needed during our stay. One of our guests uses a walker and it was easy for him to navigate around. Because the walk-in shower has no grab bars, I would suggest adding a folding, plastic chair for someone at risk of falling.

Overall a great place
The property was great and the lay out of the house was perfect. E njoyed the location and the back yard. Only issues were the ants in the kitchen and the dryer/washer ruined three items of clothing. Ripped two bathing suit straps and shoulder strap off a dress. The property management companies only response was wow we wash sheets and towels there. Very disappointing.

This property had many things we were looking for and a great location. I trip did not address our reports of a broken sink and there are several broken or parts of this property in need of repair. The outdoor pictures make the property appear much cleaner and well kept than it was in person. The kitchen also could use restock of everyday items like basic drinking glasses.

Tiki nest review
We were all impressed with the Tiki nest - the back yard was like you were in Key West or Hawaii - very nice and relaxing. We ate all meals out except breakfast - but everything was there - we just didn’t use it. There’s so much to see and do in St Augustine we really kept busy. The check in process and communication with the host was very easy - our vacation was great.

This was a great location for getting into the historical district or out to the beaches. It is located close to the lighthouse into the alligator farm. The alligator farm has a shuttle into the historical district. The house was clean and the posting is accurate. The kids enjoyed the pool in the evening and we enjoyed sitting outside in the screened in porch and on the patio. The backyard is fenced. There’s adequate parking in front of the home. Check in was easy. This is a great spot for a family. Neighborhood is safe and friendly, and we went on several walks. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast restaurant nearby. We would stay again if we return to the area

Quiet neighborhood and close to everything
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in such a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and St. Augustine beach. You can see the lighthouse from the driveway. The kitchen is well equipped for whatever you want to cook. We highly recommend Mojo's for tacos just outside of the subdivision.

St Augustine Tiki Nest
This property is in a great location and was plenty of room for our family of 4. The neighborhood was nice and perfect for walking. The house is older but bathrooms and kitchen have been updated. Barstools at kitchen island are not in good shape. The outside pool area and landscaping need some TLC. Pool side furniture needs to be replaced as it is all showing age. We had a couple minor issues and property manager was very responsive which was great! We would stay here again in hopes that some of these improvements are implemented.
