We have stayed here before and it was great… that’s why we chose it again! This time it was unfortunately awful… dirty, dirty, dirty. We got in our second room and the dishwasher was full of moldy dishes… and more dirty pillowcases.

The room was nice enough, and the breakfast was fine, though a little below today’s standards for bite breakfast. The pool was closed for maintenance while we were there, which was a huge bummer for my daughter. Free newspapers were nice.

We have stayed her multiple times over the years. The size of the room and the suite concept is nice. This stay we came back to the hotel after our event around midnight and our keys were not opening the door to the hotel. Another couple came while we were trying to get in and their keys were also not successful. We tried the phone in the vestibule and that was also not working. We then tried banging on the windows to get someone’s attention as we could see the front desk through the windows. After about 15 minutes of trying and retrying our keys, the phone and banging on the window one of our keys let us in as we pulled on the door while trying to get it to work. We stopped at the front desk and called but nobody answered. The phone on the front desk was also not working. We hollered for someone a bit louder and a person came out from the back room, no name tag on, seemed surprised and said he would call maintenance. We went to our room and around 1:00 am a friend of ours left to go to their home and she found 2 more people in the vestibule unable to get into the hotel. Unbelievable! If I were the employee, I would have sat in the lobby until the situation was taken care of by maintenance! Also, the next morning I mentioned it to the front desk employee ( who had very good customer service) and she was surprised to hear that this all happened. Hopefully this is a one time thing but it was very disconcerting when it happened’

Nice hotel but slow to no internet.
Great hotel with a bedroom separate from the main area. I traveled with my dog and he did not wake up to people walking the halls. The only problem was the internet, or lack of it. It worked great at 5 am but otherwise I couldn’t bring anything up.

Arrived at about 7pm on October 8th, check in was quick and easy. The guy helping me was fine, he doesn’t get paid to talk to people so I don’t expect fake niceties. I had called ahead to let them know I was traveling with a dog and they made a note in my file so that was all good. For one night it was $180, that’s after taxes and the $50 pet fee. The room itself was very nice, it was very warm throughout the entire building but the AC in the room cooled it right down. The room I stayed in had a full sized fridge, a dishwasher, sink, and an electric stovetop, the bed was comfortable and the area seems quiet. There is a sign outside of the building saying to remove your valuables and lock up your car but no matter where you are you should be doing that. The only thing wrong was the bathtub draining slowly. Breakfast was standard, bacon, eggs, French toast, make your own waffles. Plus coffee, milk, and juice. They have a little convenience store and a pool as well but I didn’t use them. Overall a nice little place to stay.

The hot tub and pool are were clean. Wish the hot tub water would have been warmer. Plenty of towels! The room was great. Only one sheet for the couch bed but we made it work. Breakfast was lovely. Waffles, eggs, muffins, yogurts. Delightful.
