Our 3-generation family stayed in this beautiful home for a week in late July 2022. The home's architecture is dramatic, with large floor-to-ceiling glass windows looking out over tall red mountains. The house is very comfortable, with 4 separate bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The property managers were very responsive, both in helping plan for our stay, and during the stay when a couple of very minor issues came up.
The house is well stocked with towels and miscellaneous supplies. It could benefit from having a few more kitchen utensils, like kitchen scissors and large ladles, but these are minor issues. We also felt the pillows were too thick, and an assortment of pillows of different thicknesses would be nice. Also, there is no community bathroom on the first floor, so anyone needing to use a bathroom, especially coming out from the pool, had to use the bathroom inside the master bedroom suite, which was on the first floor.
The main downside to this house is that there is ongoing construction of new homes taking place immediately adjacent to the house, which we had not known about prior to arrival. On some mornings, the construction workers would start very early (7:00-7:30 am) and the work tended to be very noisy (equipment, loud music).
These small inconveniences were offset by the home's beautiful interior, relaxing yard with pool, and spectacular views from every room. We had a great stay here, and everyone in our family thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
