Best Spot in the St. George Area!
We come to St. George every year but this is the first year we stayed here and we will be back! Clean, very kid friendly, close to Snow Canyon state park and the owners were very easy to get ahold of and communicate. I have 3 kids and there was toys, high chair, play pen, books, just everything to accommodate a family. Loved our stay so much!

Golf Trip
Overall it was a great place to stay and a good location for us since we golfed five different courses during our stay. The only negatives were: the barbecue had not been properly cleaned in a long time, nor had the dryer vent. Also, there was a very broken chair on the bottom patio (basically had a large hole in the sitting part of the chair). We still enjoyed our stay and loved that it was right next to the pool. We would recommend this property!

Fantastic home in a beautiful setting!
We loved our stay at the Ledges. We usually stay with family in town, but needed some extra space. The home was such a pleasant surprise- located right by the pool, plenty of indoor and outdoor space and fully stocked. If we ever need overflow space again this will be it!

Very nice. We had more space than we needed but knew that going in. We're pretty low maintenance, but the check-in process was easy and everything was fine. This unit is right next to one of the pools which was a nice bonus.

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay at the Ledges. The home is as described: clean, well appointed, and close to neat places: Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, fun parks, etc. The home is next the pool and extra parking, which is nice. The kitchen is well stocked, as are the five bathrooms. Our littles (5-13 y/o) liked the bunk room. However, the trundle is basically useless as you cannot open the door when it’s employed. Our only complaint is that the entrance to the garage is tricky/stressful due to a light pole being in the line of entry. Thus, you have to come at the driveway at an angle (also due to the steep curb) and do a bit of a back and forth maneuvering with your vehicle to get in and out of the garage. If you have anything larger than a minivan, your vehicle will probably not fit in the garage.

Holiday Getaway
We loved our stay at the ledges! Kids and adults alike loved this poolside property for the extra convenience. The kitchen had everything we needed. Each bedroom has its own designated bathroom which is a nice perk. And the outdoor gathering spaces made it seem so much bigger because we could spread out if wanted. Would rent here again. The only issue we had was that the dryer makes a terrible, loud screeching noise while on. It’s enough to drive you crazy. Maintenance was good to quickly respond but couldn’t get a repair man to fix it while we were there, probably because of the holiday.

Overall we had a wonderful stay! The place is well stocked and easy to stay in. All the beds and bedding were fantastic. Only issue was there was obviously a birthday party with the previous users and we found remnants of the party in many places. Still would love to stay again!

Very nice stay
This home is very nicely set up for a large group. We wish we could have been there more so the kids could have had time to swim in the pool next door. It is a very nice clean home. When we arrived late in the evening tired from a long day of travel, we found no sheets or blankets for the futon or trundle, and so had to search the entire place trying to find these. This was a little frustrating. We reached out to the property manager and was told that they were probably in one of the closets. We had already searched every closet, and resorted to just sleeping on blankets. I would recommend to the owners that if they are going to advertise that these beds are available, they should be made up with sheets and blankets. That was our only frustration on a very tired night. Aside from this, we had a very pleasant time, and would love to stay here again. I might mention that we were surprised to find a single car garage with single driveway, so parking was challenging for our large group. There is visitor parking a few places around the neighborhood, they were mostly full. We felt lucky each night to occupy the last parking spot in the visitor parking.

Everything we needed!
The place was great. Us and our three adult kids were all comfortable in this rental. The location so close to beautiful hiking trails (Snow Canyon), Zion, and Sand Hollow. Antelope Canyon was a bit more of a drive but worth it. St. George had everything we needed. Only negative was no fitness center at The Ledges, but my children went into St. George and found places to work out. Thanks for a great stay!

Good location, not very clean
We have stayed at the Ledges multiple times and have absolutely loved it, which is why we keep coming there. However, this particular unit, was not up to what we deem as the Ledges standards. Although the unit is in a great location, it was not very clean. It appeared that way when we first arrived, but soon fell short on cleanliness. Dishes in the cupboards were dirty, the outside of the refrigerator was filthy!! The floors were nasty. There was peices of food and small kid toys halfway under the tv cabinet and couches. Which I don’t know how that was missed by the cleaning crew! One bathroom upstairs was very dirty, especially again the floor! The master bed was comfortable, however the bead spread had a stain that looked like a blood stain on it. The bed upstairs was horrible! A thick piece of foam over a old spring protruding mattress was not ideal to sleep on! The look of this unit is beautiful and is nicely decorated and well stocked, if it was cleaned better, it would have been a five star rating from us. I will not stay here at this particular unit again.
