The staff went above and beyond. Lovely stay in a great hotel. Could not fault the food, atmosphere, room and location. It was located in the main town and on the doorstep to the main bus station so all areas of the Island were in easy reach.

Our first visit to Jersey & the Royal Yacht was in a great location with plenty of facilities. Our room was spacious but the bathroom wasn’t great. Also whilst we had a balcony it faced an adjacent building so looked out onto a stone wall.

The Staff had good customer service. The Zephyr staff was pleasant and kind. Reception staff was welcoming and informative. Heating in our room wasn't functioning at times although check by staff the problem wasn't completely resolved. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay and amenities offered.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was good with a huge variety. We also had the roast lunch on Sunday, which was good value and very enjoyable. We had a platinum room which overlooked the plaza and marina. Lovely room but the traffic was quite nosy( something to be aware of, if you want to use the balcony, we didn’t in January!) the hotel is very central to the town and the bus station is a short walk away. The buses are very easy to use. Highly recommend Rigatoni in Liberation square for a meal.

Wow! Excellent in every way. Fantastic spa, restaurants, bars. 2 minutes walk to shops. Stayed in platinum room so would recommend having balcony. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in my travels, wide variety of options and superb staff. The rigatoni restaurant just 30 seconds away was amazing food as well

Royal Yacht St Helier.

We enjoyed our stay at the Royal Yacht. The hotel itself is modern and has good bedrooms, We found all the staff we met to be very friendly and helpful, Breakfast was included in the tariff and was very tasty. The hotel also has a spa and is free for guests.
