My stay was cut short due to my husbands illness. He has COPD and we needed to leave immediately as we had a 3 hour drive home. I was told at the desk that the hotel
Wouldn’t charge me for the next night but I had to call Expedia and they would have to give consent to the hotel. I called and had to leave a voice mail . I hung around for 5-10 minutes and still no call. I went in and spoke with the lady at the front desk again. And still no call. I still haven’t received a call from Expedia and we use this website quite often. I believe we were not treated fairly.
