Great location. Walkable to town. Awesome views. All you need for 4 couples. Timely communication with house manager. They set up shuttle service and had numerous recommendations for taxis, restaurants, beaches, boats, etc..Our group is already planning a return trip!!

Outstanding views from this well equipped villa. Our family had an enjoyable stay here. Everything was as described in the VRBO listing and Jackie was super nice and helpful. No issues or problems during our visit. We would definitely stay here again if we return to St John.

Very nice facility
Everyone enjoyed staying at the Blue Agave Villa. It is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The pool was enjoyed by all. Close to markets, shopping and beaches. Management was friendly and responsive to our needs. We'll be recommending the Villa to our friends.

Outstanding property with huge patio for lounging and enjoying views of numerous bays and islands from an elevated view. Nighttime view of lights on St John and St Thomas equally beautiful. We woke up to roosters crowing in the distance and birds singing. Super quiet location. Nice sized BRs and baths for each. Management very responsive to any questions or needs. We would rent again!

Amazing outdoor space!
We had a wonderful week at Blue Agave! The outdoor living space, pool, and views are amazing! We never really used the indoor living room except to pass through to the upstairs bedroom & kitchen. The house easily accommodated the 4 couples in our group. The owner's representative, Jackie, was great and addressed our many questions since this was our first trip to St. John. We'd definitely recommend this house!

Outstanding views!
Our recent stay at the Blue Agave villa was fantastic. The property had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for dining in with a good supply of spices and other staples. There were plenty of chairs, coolers, fins, floaty toys, and an umbrella for our beach visits. The sunsets were as spectacular as described and it was wonderful to watch the sun go down each day as we enjoyed a cocktail while lounging in the pool. We enjoyed the outdoor space immensely. Highly recommend!

Incredible View
We loved the view. Every sunset was spectacular. Even when a short storm would blow in it was still beautiful to watch the water and all the bays. They have plenty of beach chairs and swim fins that you’re welcome to borrow. As well as a few beach toys for the kiddos. At the house we saw lots of little lizards/geckos, a very large hermit crab, 3 iguanas, lots of birds, and even a chicken that would randomly pop out from behind the bushes and make me jump each time I went to the laundry room. The kids and I loved all the wildlife and we never saw any inside the house. If traveling with younger kiddos just be aware of the stairs going to downstairs as the downstairs 3 rooms are only accessible via outside. They are steep and can get slippery, but my 3 year old navigated them excellently, we just made him hold onto the side each time. Downstairs the bedrooms are well split up that and they all feel very private. If you haven’t been to St. John before (I was 5 years old the last I was there) do be aware that the roads are very narrow and tons of hills. So although things look like walking distance on a map I would not advise it as there are no sidewalks and it’s very steep. The taxis are great, find one you like and just keep calling them for your transportation needs. My 3 year old loved riding in the open taxis. We did rent a van so that we could fit all 8 of us (6 adults, 2 kids) in 1 vehicle for a few beach days, there is a reason everyone has jeeps there, but we made it!

Best view
This was our 18th trip to St John and we have stayed in a variety of accommodations; villas, Westin, small apartment. We look first for a great view, second for easy access to Cruz Bay and north shore beaches. Blue Agave is now our #1 villa. We were 4 adults and 3 children ages 5, 3, and 1. The 3 bedrooms below, though technically not connected, worked well for the 3 kids and their parents. Grandparents were comfortable in the upstairs bedroom. The pool was just the right size for kid swimming. While it took some careful attention to the 1 year old, we all felt safe with the kids and pool. The outdoor space was just right and the kitchen well stocked. Oh, did I mention the view! The access was easy, just past the Westin, and while we always rent Jeeps the road and driveway were not too steep. We would definitely rent again when we come with another group of 8.

Had a fantastic time. The view from the deck, outside dining table and pool were to die for. We never got tired of looking at the views (and sunsets). Rooms were great and the property is centrally located (ie: close enough to the beaches and dining in Cruz Bay but not close enough to hear the sounds of neighboring properties). Which brings up another plus - you could sometimes hear your neighbors in a distance but due to the vegetation - you never saw them. Landscaping was great and we had daily sightings of iguana's and even deer passing thru the yard. Particularly loved the Paraquits (small bird with a bright yellow breast) - almost had one eating out of my hand. Have stayed before in St. Johns but this was the best!!

Blue Agave - Great Property!
We had a group of 4 couples and this had a private space for every couple. The patio is phenomenal and the views are stunning. We had a great time cooking out and enjoying the pool after a day at the beach. The property was easy to get to and had enough parking for (2) 4 door jeeps. The property manager Jackie was great to work with. This one will be high on our list to book again.

Perfect for a friend group or family
Blue Agave is a private yet convenient location, just minutes from both Starfish and Dolphin markets. Each room w/ en suite is very private. Kitchen and living area indoors is on the smaller side for a full group of 8 adults, however; outside of cooking, all time is spent on the spacious patio, which offers a mix of sun and shade. The outdoor dining areas make for a great socializing & dinner spot. Sunset views during our April stay were fantastic and easily seen. Not too much to worry about when booking Blue Agave.

What a fantastic week!!
We stayed at Blue Agave for a family trip with our two adult kids and their partners. The villa was even better than in the pictures and the view was spectacular. Everything we needed was there and the bedrooms were spacious, private and comfortable. Blue Agave is close to the action in Cruz Bay - short taxi ride - and convenient to the beautiful beaches. Jackie and Michelle were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about restaurants, transportation, logistics and places to visit. This was our first trip to St John and Jackie and Michelle were so quick to respond to the many questions we had!! We highly recommend Blue Agave and would love to come back and stay here again!!

Highly Recommend Blue Agave!
Blue Agave had everything we could have hoped for and more! The view alone is extraordinary. Each room had a private bathroom, had plenty of space, and satisfied all of our needs as a large group with an infant. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed to prepare meals throughout the week. There were a lot of staples (seasoning, coffee, popcorn) already present that made that first night and morning after a long day traveling that much more comfortable. Jackie even provided a delicious charcuterie tray on arrival! Working with Jackie and Michele throughout our planning process was a breeze. They had answers to all of our questions and excellent suggestions. Dinner at the Inn at Tamarind Court was fantastic - thanks Jackie! Pickup service at Cruz Bay was a nice touch, and Jackie also drove us to get our rental car the day after we arrived. The accommodations at Blue Agave were amazing - and the services provided by Jackie and her team really made the whole experience top notch. We would stay there again without question!
