Fabulous house, location and host!
We’ve been to STJ many times over the years. Took another couple with us for this trip. Cannot say enough good things about the house. It was perfect for the four of us. Had everything we needed and then some. Our hosts pretty much thought of everything and were highly responsive. We had beautiful views and sunrises. Also got to enjoy beautiful starry nights. Coral Bay is the quieter side of the island which is exactly what we like. We will definitely return to Casa Yaya

Absolute Paradise!
First time staying in Coral Bay and won't be our last! Love the views, restaurants and stores - such a great community feel. We also couldn't have been happier with Casa YaYa, what a beautiful property that had everything you could ask for. Only problem is that between the pool & the views, you didn't want to leave the house, but we did - so many beautiful beaches and great hikes to enjoy. Thank you Jeff & Maria for sharing your piece of paradise with us.

Stunning replicated views enjoyed on large comfortable deck.
Views just as represented. Expansive deck with pool.Comfortable king rooms / en-suite bath rooms.Need filtered water for drinking water (common for island).Loft too steep ladder for small kids. Fine for 10 years or so. If you trust kids with climbing a high dive ladder, then they are fine for here.Make sure you rent an SUV for rough road clearance. Highly recommend.

Casa Ya Ya - so hard to leave!
We took the family for our first USVI stay. Kids ages 10 and 6. This property delivered the ideal experience for our group. We loved the location, away from crowds and noise, yet close to conveniences like groceries and restaurants. We loved the private pool and beautiful patio for stargazing and enjoying the views of coral bay. One of the best stocked kitchens we have seen in a rental helped produce some home cooked meals to remember too! Would definitely book here again if back in St John.

We had an amazing time at the beautiful Casa YaYa! The view was incredible, especially with the full moon. The location was perfect for a more quiet getaway. We met some wonderful people at the local spots. Made it to Miss Lucy’s Thursday night for the live music and was such a blast! Highly recommend to future guests. Jeff and Maria were wonderful and were very quick to respond and inform us on a few road issues. Will be returning in the future when we visit our daughters in the islands!

Stunning views highlight perfect vacay home
First, the views are amazing. Rising with sun or laying down at night is a complete sensory experience when you are outside. The roosters crowing in the morning or the frogs singing to the moon complement what is perfect tropical island vista. The inside of the house is comfortable, clean, and has all the household items you need when traveling this far away. The laundry machines helped make sure the family could pack light. Gated entrance completes the feel of returning to an oasis. Family is already asking when we can go back to Casa YaYa!

Amazing vacation
We spent 5 wonderful days at Casa Yaya with our friends and their family from college. We had kids ranging from 3-10 with us. They absolutely loved the pool, and the view had to be one of the best on the island. We definitely recommend renting the truck as well. It was so nice for all 9 of us to be able to fit in one vehicle. Jeff was very responsive with questions we had and coordinating our arrival and departure. This vacation was one for the books and one that our kids will remember forever!

Love This Property!
The first thing you will notice is the fantastic view of Coral Bay, but there is so much more to love about Casa Ya Ya. The proximity to restaurants and stores, the patio and pool, the kitchen with every appliance/accessory you need...I could go on and on. The owners and the on-island crew are helpful and available whenever you need something. This was our second time at this property and we can't wait to come back.

Better than great!
Fantastic views. Adventurous. Quiet and Relaxing. Great island food. Adrenaline filled island driving in 2nd gear😁. Amazing free snorkeling and beaches. One wish we all could keep a secret for as long as possible. Ha! Two masters with outdoors showers were fitting. A/C in the bedrooms was a luxury. Pool with maybe the best view in the island. Massive sun deck. All the amenities you need. Definitely rent a jeep or the yaya truck. Only thing I would caution is the loft ladder setup is probably good for 8yrs and older. Probably not something a 5 yr old would use. But once in the loft it’s a great space for kids/teens. And also has the A/C. My kids were all 10 or older so it was fine.

Fantastic House!
We had the very best week at Casa YaYa. The pictures truly do not do it justice. The house itself is clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything from kitchen items to beach toys. The outside area is also great -gorgeous pool, very comfortable outdoor furniture and million dollar views. Jeff, the owner, was very responsive as well. The only thing that was a bit of a challenge was the loft- it’s definitely a very steep ladder and then hopping over the opening to the loft at the top. We made it work with the two downstairs bedrooms just fine, but if that’s not an option for your group it’s just something to keep in mind, but in no way diminished our week. Would absolutely recommend a stay at Casa Yaya!

Paradise
This home and view is even more amazing than the pictures ! Casa YaYa is truly a taste of paradise. The home was immaculate, and very well stocked in the bathrooms, and kitchen. Jeff did an amazing job of making sure everything was taken care of for us, and gave us many helpful suggestions during the time we were there as far as the best beaches to go to (since it was a little bit windy), the best restaurants near the airport, and sites to see. We will definitely be back !

Stunning Views and Great Locale
Upon arriving you will be blown away by the views. Our group consisted of three generations which included a one-year old. The house was well-outfitted and safe. Loved the laundry out back and shed with beach chairs and tons of snorkel gear. Owner super responsive and helpful- especially in getting the tv up and running for the Superbowl!

Unbelievably Gorgeous
We had such a lovely week. The view from every room plus the balcony…the house had everything we could possibly need. We cooked nearly every meal and have no complaints about the equipment including grill, knives, even a steamer for our veggies. House had all the beach equipment including snorkel gear. The market at the bottom of the hill had better, fresher groceries than anywhere else on the island. Couch was comfortable for our nightly family movie- that is also rare in VRBO stays. Beds were comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. I did yoga every morning on the deck. Communication with hosts and management was perfect. Would recommend this amazing house to everyone. (Maybe not small children as the pool is open and the loft is up a steep ladder) But perfect for our family. Hope to return!

Great Value!
Reasonable rates for a beautiful place on top of the quiet side of the island. The truck rental was a great value add, especially with the airport pickup/dropoff. Jeff (the host) was super responsive to any and all questions we had, including some great recommendations on restaurants and charters. Still one of my favorite places to visit and I'm sure we'll be back!

Lived up to expectations; great rental!
Great stay at Casa YaYa with our family of 5 (children; 12, 10, 6). St John is a fantastic island to explore new beaches daily. PROS: -Breathtaking views. Spectatular sun rises and shade in the afternoon. Nice pool, new outdoor furniture, great lounge chairs & hammock swings. Cool telescope! -Comfortable beds & pillows. Clean, tons of hooks for towels. AC sleeping was great, cooled fast, so you can leave off otherwise. -Fully stocked kitchen. Every spice you could want. Don't shop first or you may be buying duplicates. -House had extra sunscreen, bug spray, defogger, lotion, shampoo, books, etc. Take some, leave some. -TONS of brand new puzzles, games, activities. Kids & adults loved this. -Multiple beach chairs, every snorkel size and fit, fins, coolers, etc. If you forget anything, or choose not to bring, you'll still be set. -Nice attention to detail; "Casa Yaya" bags, travel cups, koozies, stocked welcome bar, etc -Great family room set up with sectional couch, tables, and tasteful style (old door for dining table, fun artwork, etc). -Kids loved the open-air truck. Decent gas mileage (1 tank/week and we drove a ton). Great rental price. -Owner kindly adjusted dates due to Hurricane at no cost CONS: -Access is one-lane drive with a steep gated driveway hard to turn around in, but possible! -Upstairs loft not suitable for small children, slightly angled ladder access -Power outages may affect your stay, communicated in advance. Not all restaurants open/low season

Absolutely Stunning!!
This was our first trip to St John and our stay at Casa YaYa made for an amazing time! We loved the VIEWS, location, amenities, cleanliness, landscaping, sunrises that greet you from the bedrooms and porch, relaxing in the pool, outdoor showers and the responsiveness of the owners and staff. Our family of 7 (grandparents, parents and 3 teenagers) stayed for 9 nights. The villa had everything we needed (towels, spices, kitchen well appointed, soaps, paper products, trash bags, coolers, beach chairs, snorkel gear, clips to hang wet clothing, games, books). We rented a Jeep elsewhere as well as the Casa YaYa truck for flexibility in traveling all together or splitting up. We spent the majority of the time traveling all together in the truck which made for great adventures for the kids and grandma riding in the open back. Casa YaYa has easy access to groceries, restaurants and beaches and the layout was perfect for our group with the adults on opposite ends and the kids in the loft. We highly recommend Casa YaYa. Caribbean in July
My family of 4 with two teens stayed at Casa YaYa for 8 nights in early July. The property is wonderful!! A spacious, clean villa, in a quiet location with a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plus plenty of beach gear-coolers, chairs, snorkel equipment. The view is better than the pictures, 180 degree plus view of Coral Bay and the BVIs - seen from both bedrooms, kitchen and living space. Patio is huge and the pool was perfect. Always a tropical breeze that carried throughout the home. My daughter loved the loft space. A few restaurants and groceries just down the hill. Quick drive to famous North shore beaches. Communication from Jeff and on island staff was spot-on. Using the properties truck made the transition from St Thomas to St John very easy, no rental car lines or taxi headaches. Lots of cool photos and vids from my kids experiencing the ride in the back - pretty much the whole trip. (Minor suggestions by family members- a few more towels perhaps and another flat screen for evening streaming versus using laptops) As a whole, a great first time Caribbean and St John experience in an awesome villa. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Jeff, Maria, Rick, Pauline and Taylor.
