Spacious and Quiet
This is an older fourplex, very spacious, and nicely decorated/furnished. We loved the great open kitchen/den/living area and the kids were thrilled with some sort of game console as well as toys and books. It was in a very quiet neighborhood, at least it was when we visited right after New Year’s. It is a short drive to the Arch and City Museum, a little farther for other activities. Joe was a great host and very easy to get hold of. He responded quickly to a few questions we had and gave some good recommendations for places to eat. We also found a great ice cream place very close called Clementine’s. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely stunning place
Amazing decor. Tons of space. Good beds. Really gorgeous apartment. Plenty of parking, place was sparkling clean. Third bedroom is a living space with large pocket doors and a gold pot couch, so not a full private bedroom. But worked well for us. This is a really lovely place to stay in central St Louis!

Great location & place
This place was perfect for our family of 4! My boys are 10 & 12 and especially loved the Pac-Man game. The location was great to get to everywhere we wanted. We did hear about crime concerns for St. Louis prior to arriving but felt safe staying here. (We didn’t experience any issues during our trip, but we were sure to not leave anything off value in our vehicle.) If we visit St. Louis in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great place!
We stayed as a family of 5 for a sports tournament. We loved the location. We felt very safe. You can hear the highway noise a little, but it didn’t bother us at all. Gorgeous house that’s been updated, it was the perfect layout for us to relax & unwind between games. We’ll look to stay here again when we’re in town in the future.

Summer family trip
This property was perfect for our family of 4. It provided us with enough space and comfort. My 10 year old son enjoyed the arcade game and both kids started their morning with a board game. Joe was very attentive to check in if we needed anything but we never did since the property had everything necessary for our stay. We would recommend to any family trying to hit a baseball game or any of the major attractions as it was 10-15 minutes away.

Family Vacation Success
Great property! Super cute and clean. Smart tvs in the bedrooms were a hit with the kids :) Only thing we would comment on is the 'third' bedroom. It is more a parlor with a pull out, at the very front of apartment and it does get bright in the mornings. We would definitely recommend this property as a 2full 2 bedroom.

Family fun!
We found the apartment/unit to be clean, convenient and comfortable. The grandkids loved sleeping on the fold out couch and the other beds were very comfy. It was very close to the Aquarium, the City Museum and the zoo. We will definitely rent from Joe again!

My family came to explore a new city we have never been to and this place was a pleasant and cozy stay. It is close to so many of the attractions. Fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals and have a restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

Great host and in a nice neighborhood
Very nice place in a great location, close to downtown. The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable, and is bigger than I thought it would be. It is close to a highway, but there was a sound machine and a box fan that helped drown out any noise. Joe, the host communicated before, during, and at checkout. He asked if we needed anything and suggested a few local establishments. We would stay again if ever in the area

Great Location!
My family and I traveled to St. Lois to watch the Brewers play the Cardinals. Everything was wonderful! Excellent safe location with easy access to a variety of spots we wanted to check out. The place was full of charm and comfort. Nearby breakfast place was out of this world amazing! Everyone we encountered was welcoming. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful location with lots of character
Perfect location for visiting all the sites in St. Louis! Host is very responsive and has done a great job maintaining the historical elements of the apartment. Everything you would need was provided (linens, kitchen wares, etc ) and very clean. The only thing that prevents me from giving a 5 star is the third bedroom. This room appears to be a formal sitting room, which can be closed off using pocket doors, but I would not consider it a 3rd bedroom. We struggled settling the kids into it because it's so far away from the other, traditional, bedrooms and does not have a place for clothing storage (no closet or chest of drawers). Neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. Would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family!

Fantastic residence and excellent host
Our family of 6 (4 kids ages 4-16) had a wonderful time in STL, and this rental property was excellent. The place was exceptionally clean and has beautiful Victorian charm - original hardwood floors, fireplaces, exposed brick. Joe was a fantastic host. He is quick to answer questions and offered many thoughtful "extras" - cell chargers, Spotify on Alexa, tea and coffee, shower products, etc. There was also a small, foldable 4-in mattress that was perfect size for our 4-year-old on the floor. It's hard to find VRBOs that seat (eating) as many people as it sleeps, but the 6 of us easily fit around the dining table. We highly recommend this location and host!

Great Old House
This property is a great old building with much of the original architecture still in place. Joe has done a great job renovating the place and the kitchen is wonderful. Plus the video game console was a lot of fun to play. The property is conveniently located and everywhere I wanted to visit was within a 10 minute drive; the Arch, the zoo, great restaurants. Definitely a good place to stay if you are visiting Saint Louis.
