So lovely
Despite the recent hurricane that took out the lower level of this condo and other residential and commercial buildings, this stay was lovely. We were left with a bottle of nice red to celebrate our anniversary. The condo was clean and a perfect location. We stayed in unit 11 and it has stunning views of the beach and direct access via some stairs. It comes with beach chairs and even a high chair if needed. It has great walk-ability to local bars and restaurants and on-site parking. Highly recommend this and other other units managed by the same owners.

Post hurricane review: Although the first floor has damage, this space on the top floor is just right. The stairs and beach access are safe. The unit is very clean and well stocked. The hosts are attentive and respond quickly. I highly recommend this space.

In between TWO hurricanes!
Planned to get married 10/4/24. Helene gutted 1st floor 8 days before our beach wedding. Property mngmnt had our second floor unit in perfect shape for our stay. Great people, went above and beyond. Will return.

Dream vacation with the hubby!
This place was amazing, from the view of the ocean to the proximity to Clearwater if you want more action but still your own private beach at the condo! This condo was amazing! Easy check in, super clean, and well stocked with all you need. Also there was a bottle of wine and wine glasses waiting for us when we checked in! We are already planning our next trip, but with the kids and we hope to book this place again!! I am an avid reader of reviews to pick the right place, well you will not be disappointed with this one! Just book it!!

Wonderful Gem
We loved this condo. It was clean and well stocked with everything needed for our trip - 2 adults and 2 kids. The beach was amazing and not packed at all even with it being July 4th. It was great not having to deal with chair rentals. Everything was within walking distance. We will definitely be back again.

The property was as advertised. Clean and neat. Beautiful views and perfect access to the beach. We only stayed there two nights and didn’t eat at the condo so I can’t rate the kitchen for cooking. The kitchen looked well stocked. Our only negatives were the bathroom mirror was hung very low. Both my husband and I are tall so we were looking at our stomachs in the mirror. Kitchen counter was not conducive to sitting at because of no over hang. It would have been hard to eat there and there was no other table. Indian Rocks beach is a great place to visit. Good restaurants.

Weekday getaway
When you walk in , that view!! Really sets the tone for the stay. We took a midweek vacation. The room was perfect!! Just enough room for us. Enjoyed coffee in the morning, we saw dolphins all 3 days in the morning, pretty shells on the powder sand. We walked to dinner, lots of places to choose from. Everyone was relaxed and the beach was very private. Room had a surprise bottle of wine, and super clean, loved the chairs outside, to enjoy beautiful sunsets!!!! We will definitely return!!! Great weekend getaway!
We stayed with our two little ones and had a great time. It seem to be a very family, friendly location and had great access to the beach. We love sitting outside on the porch and watching the sunset. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, but we spent most of our time on the beach. Communication with the host was great. There are multiple units available so if you have a larger group, everyone could have their own room!! Already planning our next family trip and inviting others to join 😊

Birthday get away!
This place is incredible! The unit was so clean and there was even a bottle of wine ready for us to celebrate. The view is the best! You come down the stairs and hit sand! The beach was clean and sand fluffy white. There’s a closet of beach chairs and umbrellas. Plus location location location. You can walk to dinner so you don’t need a car. We will definitely be back! This place is absolutely everything we were looking for and more.

What a lovely three days!
This condo was exactly as advertised. Perfect for 2 or 2 and a child. Clean, well appointed, great veranda, and right at the private beach. Quiet neighbors and beach. Not crowded. Good restaurants within walking distance. If we return to the area we would definitely check here for availability.

The view from this condo and access to the beach was awesome. However, the unit overall did not seem well maintained. There was a broken drinking glass in the cabinet and only 3 forks. There was an ice bucket in the freezer, but no trays to make ice. The stove burners were rusty. There was an electric outlet without a cover. There was a kitchen cabinet with no handle. Would not recommend.

Great beach front unit
We enjoyed our stay! The beach view is stunning and sunsets are spectacular. It was perfect for a couple. It is very helpful that beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels come with the unit. The bottle of wine waiting upon our arrival was a nice welcoming touch. Only complaints are that there is no ice maker and we needed to reach out to the host to get check in details, but once we did they were very accommodating, even letting us check in early. We would stay here again.
