This 2 bedroom St Pete Beach condo is one of the best values on the beach! It has been completely renovated including a high end kitchen and bath, new beds, ceiling fans and many details like newer cookware and bedding, above and beyond a typical rental. High speed wifi and cable are included.
This complex is steps from Upham Beach and has the best of both worlds between the gulf facing pool and the gulf itself!
This condo has a full kitchen (completely remodeled) with every essential for cooking, plus some extras like pizza pans and a crock pot. The knives and pots and pans have also been upgraded. In the kitchen area there is seating for 7, so invite your friends! The upgraded bathroom has a standup shower.
In the bedrooms you will find newer beds, pillows and comforters. The master bedroom, living room and dining room also have ceiling fans, which is more than most other units have. We have also installed bead board ceilings which make it even more "beachy". The fourth bed is a sleeper sofa, which is brand new and has a gel memory foam mattress.
In the closet there are things to help you have a perfect day at the beach like floats, pool noodles, umbrella, chairs, beach bags and a wagon to transport it all.
Outside are several common areas for your use. Just down the steps is a tropical courtyard with a table to eat or enjoy happy hour. There are also charcoal grills available for guests, directly downstairs from the unit.

I live within 1/2 mile of this community, and am easily accessible to help solve problems! Though checkin will take place at the office onsite, there is a lockbox for after hours checkin. I pride myself in happy guests and great reviews, so I am readily available when needed.
This complex faces the Gulf of Mexico and is steps from the sand. Directly in front of the complex is a grille for eating breakfast or lunch (or grabbing a cold beer or Bloody Mary), as well as beach equipment rentals located right on the entrance to the beach. Within easy walking distance are dozens upon dozens of restaurants and bars, shops, convenience and grocery stores:
What we love most about this complex is the quiet location off the beaten path of Gulf Boulevard, nuzzled among several residential complexes. The option to be among the crowds or lay low is completely up to you!
A parking pass is provided, and ample parking is available around the complex. The great thing is, restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and you may likely not even move your car during your stay!
Most commonly, our guests use Tampa International Airport. They have many transportation options to St Pete Beach, so you do not have to rent a car. Once on the beach, almost everything is walkable. The closest grocery store is 1 mile, but there are restaurants and bars within a few blocks. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in this area, so if you do want to make a trip it is easy to do.

- Responsible party booking this vacation rental must be 24 or older.
- 1 parking pass will be provided with the condo, but MUST be returned upon checkout. Failure to return parking pass upon checkout will result in a $200 replacement fee. This is a physical pass that cannot be used on a golf cart, scooter, motorcycle (open air and leaving pass vulnerable to theft)
- This is a no smoking property, please do not smoke within the white fenced area of property (including balcony), as this is a disruption to other nearby tenants or owners. If you are a smoker, you can do so on the sidewalk nearby or alley in back, but not in private or common areas on the property.
- Towels and belongings cannot be draped over balcony.
- Please be respectful of others by being reasonably quiet between the hours of 10pm and 8am.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supply must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving, this prevents pests and odors.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.
- As part of our commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay for all, maintenance personnel will need to enter the units once a month. During this time, they will be replacing air filters and inspecting smoke detectors. While we cannot provide an exact date for these routine checks, notices on the common area doors will be placed in advance to inform you.
