Lovely condo, well situated for exploring
Pros - lovely space for our family of 6 (2x Grandparents, 2x parents, 2 children aged 2 & 3).- great proximity to beach and restaurants- very sociable layout- great base for exploring other towns up and down the coast.Cons - no heating in bunk bed room- dishwasher broke down when we were there, which they organised to have someone fix but the part would take a week to order. - cleanliness - on the face of it, the condo was clean but we had to move some cushions on the sofa to retrieve some of our toys from behind it and it was quite grubby.- communication- tried to pay our final instalment over the Christmas period. After a week the payment was still pending. I called the States (we’re in the UK) after getting no response to our 3 emails and ended up having to pay for it with another card for fear of losing the booking. The payment is still pending almost 2 months later.

Convenient Spot to Vacation
The rental was clean and tidy with all the essentials for cooking and prep - all the beach items were a plus as well. There was no propane for the grill however, and never got an answer from the host when asking about it. Everything was great except for the communication with the host. The walk to the beach was a breeze and having Cafe De Paris a block away was a bonus. We love that place. The sectional could stand to be replaced (pretty stained up) as well as the beach umbrellas (which the ribs are not in the best shape) BUT all in all - we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay in IRB. The accommodations were exceptional. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great for kids!! Games, beach toys, pack n play, and bunk beds made it fun and accommodating for my 8, 4, and 1 year olds. There were lots of extras: coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, seasonings, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, beach chairs, pool noodles, beach wagon, a cooler, family games, and so much more. We had a fantastic time and enjoyed our stay!! A few cons: main bathroom door sticks and makes a loud scraping noise when opened/closed; microwave door sticks and had to be pulled opened while holding the button down; outdoor stairs are slippery as the grip has worn off; glass shower door in master is loose and I worried it could fall off…other than those very minor inconveniences, I would highly recommend staying here, and we will definitely stay again in the future!! Thanks for a wonderful experience!!

My 4 children and I had a wonderful holiday. The condo was clean and bright. Everything you would need is in the unit. Short walk to the beach. The beach was perfect even for my smaller ones. Shallow and plenty of space to run and play. We had a really great time here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was amazing and it was clean and updated. My only complaints would be to get a new carpet b/c the one they had looked very dirty and old, the shower pressure hurt it was so strong, and the light in the kids room didn't work. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay!!

Great location with easy access to Publix and beach. Issues: Microwave door is hard to open, and the leg was missing. The carpet was dirty and stained. Last year the kitchen knife holder had scissors but missing this year. The bedroom and bathroom doors were not easy to open because the door rubbed against the door frame. Never had conversation with property manager. Next door renter call manager because the pool wasn't clean, and the pool net had a hole in it.

This home was a very good place for us just to get away for the week. It is in a quiet neighborhood, within easy walking distance of the beach and restaurants. We had a great time and enjoyed the beautiful beach!

Overall the property was just as advertised! Unfortunately for us the beach access down the street was closed the same day we arrived for needed repairs and the temperature was cooler than normal. The pool was pretty chilly but management was able to send someone out to turn the pool heater on so that we could have a closer place for our kids to swim even though it was two weeks earlier than they would normally turn it on. We really appreciate that! My son loved the pool and we were in it every day! The place was comfortable and had everything we could need for our weekend. Thank you for a great stay!

Great relaxing beach stay
We stayed in the 2nd floor unit. There is covered parking which is great to keep the car cool in the Florida sun. Super clean nicely decorated condo with Three bedrooms with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in away from home(my husband wants to find out what brand they are!) large sectional couch very comfy as well. Very Short walk to the beach; the recent storm did wash out the steps at the beach access but there was a path next to it that was easy to access. It would have been a bit difficult with a beach wagon. Beach was not crowded even for holiday weekend. This is definitely a quieter beach, not as touristy as many others. The condo has a bunch of beach toys, wagon, even a skim board that my son loved. Kitchen is stocked with all cooking tools you need and grocery store is short drive away. There’s a new Seafood restaurant with excellent drinks and another a breakfast/lunch spot very close to condo. Our only suggestions would be curtains at the windows(there are Blinds) that would help keep the rooms cooler and would block the pool light from the condo next door. We had a lovely relaxing weekend, one of our favorite beach stays from around the state.

Indian Rocks Beach Getaway
Really enjoyed the property and the pool, which was mostly shaded much of the day! Short walk to beach access, and the beach was perfect for young kids— not too busy and relatively shallow a ways out. Also the restaurant Coco’s opened up a location at the corner of the street which was convenient.

My family enjoyed our stay and it was a quick walk to the beach. Nice and clean place! Decorated very beachy :) Quiet neighborhood which was also a plus. The only thing was a few supplies we had to restock but nothing you couldn’t get from a grocery or local convenience store. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

loved being so close to beach
Clean, modern property a few minutes away from the beach. One of the check-in emails said there would be a retractable security gate at the top of the outdoor stairs- there wasn't so we wished we had brought a childproofing fastener for the front door so we weren't worried about our 2 year old running outside and down the stairs- but other than that, we were super pleased with our stay here!
