1 - Beach Club im Pass-A-Grille


Diese Erdgeschoss Wohnung befindet sich direkt gegenüber dem schönen Auszeichnung Stränden von St. gewinnen Pete Beach. Hier sind die Strände nicht überlaufen und friedlich, mit zuckerhaltigen weißen Sand und Ruhe warmen Golfwasser. Nur einen Schritt aus der Haustür, und Sie sind auf dem Sand in Sekunden.

Die gesamte Wohnung wurde mit schönen Fliesen und Holzboden, Granit-Arbeitsplatten, Edelstahl Geräte und neue Möbel umgebaut und komplett modernisiert. Der große private Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein neues, unglaublich bequem, Queen-Size-TempurPedic Bett, und das zweite Schlafzimmer für zusätzliche Gäste mit einem komfortablen "Murphy" Stil Full-Size-Bett, das für zusätzlichen Platz weggeklappt werden kann. Das Wohnzimmer und private Golfausgerichtete Terrasse geben einen schönen Blick auf das Wasser und den Sonnenuntergang über dem Golf, und die große Couch ist großzügig groß genug für ein Nickerchen nach einem langen Tag am Strand.

Es gibt viel Platz zum draußen sitzen und die warmen Golfbrise auf der Terrasse genießen, um Ihren Morgenkaffee genießen oder einfach nur Leute zu beobachten.

Der Pool befindet sich direkt vor dem hinteren Teil der Wohnung, mit einfachem Zugang in und aus. Mit nur acht Eigentumswohnungen in dem Gebäude, der Pool nie überfüllt, und es gibt viel Platz zum Entspannen und Sonnenbaden.

Inklusive großen Flachbild-TV im Wohnzimmer, TV im Schlafzimmer, kostenlosem High-Speed-WLAN, Kabel-TV und Stereoanlage. Alle Bettwäsche, Handtücher, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein paar Strand Extras sind vorhanden. Es ist nicht eine Waschmaschine / Trockner in der Wohnung, sondern eine lokale Waschsalon ist ca. 5 Autominuten.

Downtown Pass-A-Grille ist gleich um die Ecke mit einigen der besten Restaurants, Cafés und Eisdielen in der Region Tampa Bay. Dies ist Florida Urlaub so wie es sein sollte!

Perfect corner of the world
This is my third time staying at a property managed by Charles & Liz. And definitely not my last. This is such a great spot in a relaxed beach community. If you want to slow down & take in perfect sunsets, this is the place.

Location convenient for restaurants and beach. It’s a busy street and noisy into the night. Warning! Do not give up your parking space to enjoy anything away from P-A-G! So busy you might not be able to park again until evening! Pool was wonderful. Bathroom is small and dated but clean. Kitchen is teeny but ice maker is awesome! We would come back. Vacuum provided to help with sand.

Girl's Trip Frustration
We love Pass-a-Grille. We usually use a different property, but it was booked. This place looked great. But a couple things made our stay here frustrating. The shower poured water all over the floor even though the curtain was inside the tub. The hooks in the bathroom were coming loose from the drywall. The back bedroom where the Murphey bed was, was always 10-15° warmer than the rest of the house. The window in the main room leaked when it rained. And the AC went out. THS was addressed and Brandon graciously moved us overnight to another unit. However, with our things and food stuffs in the hot unit, we had to spend a good portion of our next day in the unit with the broken AC until it was fixed. These may seem small issues but combined it was frustrating. We will probably not book here in the future.

Weekend getaway
The location is awesome for catching sunsets from the patio or making an easy walk across the street to the beach. And if needed a couple blocks down you can access the beach with a stroller/wheelchair/beach carts on the ramp leading right on to the beach. Parking was unexpectedly tough to find actually close to the unit upon arrival on Saturday - but a local explained it just is that way on the weekends and gets better during the week. The unit was perfect for what we needed and the beds and even the couch were comfy sleeping spots. Just fyi there is a unit above this one and if the guest have children or are rowdy you are going to hear their footsteps through the ceiling. But that is just how it goes where ever you might stay in multilevel/unit condos like this. Walking distance to a variety of shops and restaurants. The vibe in Pass-a-grille is very family friendly, slower paced, very small village feeling. Great place I would stay here again for sure.

This was our second visit to this building, first visit to this particular condo and just loved it. Plenty of room, so nice to be able to cook, have a pool, and be just steps from the beach. It was a delight. Everything was clean and working perfectly!!

Beware the noise if anyone is upstairs...
the place had some mold in it. The furniture outside was pretty dirty -the cushions. The kitchen accoutrements were not very complete. Our "welcome" coffee was not there. The worst part was we could hear every step the folks upstairs took in their unit. The best part was the location was good. I'd not rent this place again nor recommend it.

The location of this corner unit is beyond perfect. Sitting under the porch, listening to the waves, watching people go by. Perfection. I would suggest the mgmnt company do a DEEP clean, noticed some mold in walls and replace the murphy bed mattress!

Convenient Pass-A-Grille location
This is a GREAT location if you want to be in the heart of Pass-A-Grille and walk to restaurants/bars, Pass-A-Grille beach, and little beach shops. Pool looked nice, but weather was too cold for us to try it (pool IS heated). The unit's patio has an incredible view of sunsets, and is as close as you can get to a beach view in Pass-A-Grille. The room with the murphy bed is a little funky (a breezeway that they enclosed), but is very well appointed and our 23 year old daughter was happy using it because it gave her her own space. Floors in the master a just a little worn, but the living room is spacious and comfortable, and the master bedroom does have its own patio. No washer in dryer in this unit. Overall it was a great place to stay, and we will definitely return!

Nice location
Pro's: location, pool, kitchen, main bedroom. Great cooking space, pool was warm, main bedroom nice. I requested additional lamps and a box fan and they were delivered promptly. Much appreciated. Con's: second bedroom is basically office/DR space with a Murphy bed. Our normal-size adult children stayed 1 night with us and were not comfortable on this bed .Bed is fine for children but not for adults as it is short & narrow. The patio doors in the LR and the second "bedroom" did not close or lock properly during our stay I see that the owners replaced the doors the day after we checked out so should be ok now. A little more generosity with the paper supplies would have beed appreciated as we had to buy additional TP and paper towels.

Hidden Gem!
First time staying ay Treasure Island. We'll be back and we'll be staying at this VRBO when we return! Spacious and updated condo with beautiful beach view from balcony. All of the amenities you'll need and more, supplied. Super clean, too! Beach immediately behind property is the most beautiful I have ever seen! You can bring your own food and beverages on the beach (including alcoholic beverages). Cool little Tiki Bar on property with great bartenders and reasonably priced drinks (a whole menu of tropical blended drinks). C-Store directly across the street to grab snacks, beer, wine and soft drinks, too! Nice clean pools and hot tub. Young families, college kids, retirees and everyone in between having a great time! Not wild by any stretch, but not stuffy either. Laid back and friendly. Lots of Midwesterners (including us) that were all very friendly. Can't say enough good things about it!
