Everything about this stay was seamless! The property’s facilities and location were perfect. We all grew up in Clearwater so we come back here often. This is the first time we stayed with Heather and it was absolutely perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great location, everything you need
Just steps from the beach, so everyone could come and go all day long. Quiet neighborhood. House had all the amenities you could need, we even cooked Thanksgiving dinner! The locker had all the beach necessities - coolers, umbrellas, chairs, tons of water and sand toys, wagon, beach bags. We didn't need to buy a thing except food. All appliances, entertainment center, lights, internet actually worked. Toiletries well stocked.

40th birthday trip
We just checked out this morning after a 4 night stay with our brother in law and sister in law for my husband’s birthday. The listing for this condo and the reviews that accompany it are 100% accurate. The beds were SO comfortable. We enjoyed our coffee every morning on the deck so we could see and hear the beach. We were within easy walking distance of so many restaurants, shops and bars. The outdoor storage closet has EVERYTHING you need for a day at the beach for adults or kids if it’s a family trip. Every morning we’d load up one of the provided coolers in the wagon, grab a couple of chairs and umbrellas and head down to the beach for the day. The pool was perfect to hop in after a long day at the beach before getting ready for dinner. The property and the condo itself were both immaculate and well maintained. Heather was in contact with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was okay and that we had all that we needed. We will absolutely be coming back here again! Thank you for the perfect weekend away!!

Perfect Condo
The condo was everything in the description and more. It was the perfect location just steps from the beach and just outside, but within walking distance of the hustle and bustle part of the island. My family prefers to eat in and the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. The hosts have a storage closet with everything you need for the beach and pool. The host was quick to respond to inquiries and was very professional and friendly. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to our friends and family.

Excellent stay!
This property had everything we needed for an awesome stay (family of 5) The unit was extremely clean and beautifully decorated. I will also add, we found the master bed to be very comfy! The proximity to the beach was great (2nd building back) probably a 20 second walk. I loved that towels were provided, both beach and bath, along with access to their beach gear. Umbrellas, lots of sand toys, chairs, floats and a wagon to use. They even had an air pump in the unit which was awesome as we forgot to bring ours for our floats. The pool area was very nice and well kept. The host responded promptly when i had a few random questions. Overall, i give this property a 10/10! We would absolutely stay again!

Great!!
It was perfect for our family of 5. Even though we were not ocean front it was still a great view. Porch was shaded the entire time. There was a great selection of restaurants you can walk to. Beach was not crowded the week we were down there. No complaints from my college age kids. Walk the beach every night. It had everything we needed for the beach, chairs, umbrella, cart. Great stay! Would stay again.

Great location. Heather was prompt on any questions I had. The storage unit had ample items for the beach- best we had ever had. Great for families or just adults We didn't need parking, but the parking would be so convenient- right under the unit and protected from sun/rain. Just steps from the sand. Great place to stay.

Perfect location, awesome amenities!
My family of 4 with two college-aged kids stayed for 4 nights in March for spring break and my family just loved it. The access to the beach and all the beach equipment was so nice! The balcony was a favorite for hanging and chilling, watching the ocean, birds, people, etc. The Alba pizza so close by was so yummy. The beds were super comfy! The sheets were soft, all the items were high quality and everything was clean. We all had enough space to feel comfortable and all the amenities available within the condo were great. The owner was very responsive and super nice. We really enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave!

great 3 week stay
Really enjoyed our stay. Everything you needed was there. Very well stocked and even dropped off a few other things during our stay which was above and beyond. Everything there that you would need for the beach and plenty of it. Was just my wife and I for most of the time but our Son and his Wife and their little guy came for 4 nights as well as two other couples (one couple stayed for 1 night and the other stayed for 2 nights and they all were very very comfortable). Nice balcony with 4 great chairs. Again, very very nice and Heather was super responsive on everything. And best of all .......... you can walk everywhere. Literally probably 50 restaurants an easy walk.

Nice stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, with such a quick walk on to the beautiful white sandy beach. We enjoyed the heated pool during these cooler January days. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 5 with the 2 queens and king bed, 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer. The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meal preparation. I would recommend this property for anyone visiting Clearwater.

Wonderful location & warm pool!
This condo checked all the boxes for a great family vacation! Not only was the condo itself spacious and clean, the association pool was warm and well-kept. We loved the proximity to the beach and walkability factor of the area. There were many restaurants and shops near by. Additionally, Heather was great to work with- she answered all my questions and was responsive throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

We are repeat visitors at Heather's condo because we always enjoy our stay. The condo works very well for our family which is why we come back. It is close to the beach and the condo has all you need to enjoy the day in the sun. The pool is wonderful was well. We would definitely recommend this condo.
