Please note that the booking amount provided by Airbnb at the time of your reservation takes already into account the extra costs for additional travelers above 8. That is, if you enter a booking for N travelers, you booking stay accounts for N persons, and N persons only. Any additional stay above N shall be settled by the time of check-in, at a rate of 35 euros/night/per extra person, or 70 euros/per additional bedroom (for double occupancy).
Also, a one off 300 € housekeeping for providing the property in the best conditions possible is automatically added in your booking details. There are none other extra cost other than the cost for heating the pool, which is left at the discretion of the traveler. Traveler will decide whether he wants to add an extra amount per night for heating the pool before or by check-in. To heat the outdoor swimming pool, and only if guest desires so, before check-in, an extra heating charge of 50 euros times the number of nights of the booking shall be added : pool heating average temperature is limited by thermostat to 28℃ in July/August, and limited to 24/26℃ depending on the weather conditions, the rest of the year; in the spring/fall seasons, the colder the average outdoor temperature, the lower the average pool water temperature will be. Please let the host know at least one day before check-in. Be advised that the charge is in excess of your basic booking and to be settled only if guests opt in for heating the pool.
As far are the number of rooms at the disposal of travelers : Rack rate generally includes availability of 4 bedrooms for up to 8 travelers, 5 bedrooms for a booking of 10, and so on. Each additional bedroom will be made available at a rate of 70 euros per night (that is, occupancy for 2 at a rate of 35 euros/person). Guest shall agree with host about any special wishes, included the request to have additional bedrooms for single use and agree thereafter about extra costs if any.
Please be aware that special events open to outsiders with gathering above 20 people that include non-registered travellers (be it private parties or ceremonies, corporate events, special celebrations, etc.) are prohibited without prior agreement of host. In case of non-disclosed events and without host's prior consent, a charge of 1500 euros will be automatically levied on security deposit.
