Beautiful Home
We visited St Thomas for the first time to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful time. The house was beautiful and had the most stunning views. The higher elevation and nice breeze was perfect and kept us cool on 85degree days. The home was well equipped, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and even came with an extra water filtration system. Our host Curlson was great and oriented us to the property and area and the owner Joel was responsive and wonderful. We felt very comfortable during our stay. I definitely recommend renting vehicles to accommodate your group. It will make getting around much easier. The terrain is very hilly but we got used to it after venturing out a few times. Lovely home and lovely stay. We definitely plan to stay here again.

Luxury stay at a luxury home
Stayed here for one week over Christmas. Joel is very communicative. The home was beautiful and one of the best equipped VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. It was spacious with amazing views and close to everything. It was a splurge but well worth the price, which is reasonable for how nice the home is. Everyone he employs was kind and helpful. It felt safe in a gated community. We really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous Home and View
The house is incredible and was perfect for our family of 8 adults. You can’t beat the views. We mostly ate at the house and didn’t want for anything to prepare the food. Driving was about 15-20 min to most things we wanted to do. The island roads are pretty steep and curvy tho. Owner was super responsive and very nice. Bottom line: We have rented many homes for vacations and this one was our favorite and will be hard to beat.

The Pictures Don’t Do It Justice
We stayed at this gorgeous home from November 5 through the 12th. To have four master bedrooms all with a gorgeous view of the water is unbelievable. No one had to complain about what room they stayed in. The kitchen has virtually everything you could want other than food. It is fully loaded with every accessory. The long expensive porch has plenty of seating. There is an outdoor grill. The pool is heated. There are plenty of beach towels and a couple of coolers to take to the beach. On each floor, there is a large washing machine and dryer. Joel, the owner is very responsive to any questions you may have. He answers promptly. His assistant Curlson met us near the airport so we could follow him in our jeep up to the house. I can’t express how well everything went. Everything was perfect.

Ocean Oasis
This Seascape Villa was the perfect oasis for our family vacation to St Thomas. It was the most stunning property and views we’ve ever stayed in and we can’t wait to come back in the future. We had our 4 and 1 year olds with us, as well as in-laws and there was ample space for everyone. For other parents looking to book, there was a pack and play with sheets, a kids foldable stool, and a kids slide-on high chair that fit onto the kitchen island and the outdoor table where we ate most meals. And 2 sets of washer and dryers. There were 6 beach chairs, beach towels and some assorted beach buckets to use, and some pool noodles. There were also multiple coolers. The only thing I’d be aware of is the real possibility of losing power while you’re there. We lost power probably about 10-12 times in our 8 day stay, but there is a generator that should switch on automatically that powers almost everything (including the individual room AC). But sometimes it doesn’t go on automatically so you have to go outside to trip it, and for us it was always in the middle of the night. The grid maintenance was having some planned outages between 12-2am for the first 4 days we were there which was tricky because the Wi-Fi didn’t always work on the generator so our baby monitors. Nothing anyone could have done about it and didn’t affect how much we loved our stay, but good to know. Overall we couldn’t believe how beautiful the location, views and the house itself were fantastic!!

The property was exactly as advertised. The views were the best on the Island. Took a private catamaran tour with Seas the Day that was also the best, we saw everything from a baby shark, barracuda, turtles and many colorful fish. We highly recommend this property. Thank you Joel

This house is amazing - even more beautiful in person than it looks on-line. My family spent a week together and everyone had their privacy in the luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms while also finding innumerable opportunities to connect in the gorgeous pool and balconies. Beautiful view, pool & outdoor area is outstanding. House is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. Good location, has a generator which was needed since power was out on island for 2 days. 1bedroom had twin beds, not king and twin beds as listed on VRBO. 4 couples did enjoy our stay and had plenty of room. TV was a little confusing as to how to turn on. Beds were very comfortable except 1 couple had twin beds.
