Incredible views on an incredible family trip!
Where to begin? Our party of 8 (including a toddler) thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Lucco! Upon arrival the house was thoroughly cleaned, well stocked with plenty of kitchen wares and linens/towels, and yes the home is as beautiful as the photos depict. The layout of the home is great, and everyone in our group enjoyed having their own bathrooms. (We only used 4 of the bedrooms) The beds are all comfy and shower pressure was great. AC worked well. We always had plenty of seating for everyone in our group which was an added bonus! The grounds are beautifully cared for. We always felt safe as it’s in a more secluded area of the island in a gated community. Highly recommend a rental car if you want to explore the island. We also felt reassured since the home had a back up generator.The VIEWS are incredible!!! Our biggest decision of the day was which side to watch the sun rise…Magen’s Bay or looking ocean side at the islands! You simply can’t ask for better views. Hands down this home has some of the most gorgeous views we have ever seen. We did go out exploring one day visiting Magen’s Beach and Mountaintop, and another day we enjoyed a private boat charter around St John. Most days we chose to relax at the villa with our private pool, grill, play ping pong, and enjoy TRUE relaxation and family time.Our hosts Ashley and Jon were amazing and checked in periodically to answer any questions and make sure things were going well. In short…we can’t wait to return!

Gorgeous, peaceful property
We loved this house! It is beautifully furnished and designed, with amazing views. Equipped with snorkels, masks and beach chairs which we really appreciated. We spent our days exploring St Thomas and St John and then loved returning to the peace and quiet of this home. A car is a must because there isn’t any place to walk. The most beautiful beach is just a few minutes drive. Restaurants and grocery stores are about a 20 minute drive but there is an excellent coffee and sandwich shop close by.

Incredible Villa!
There are not enough accolades to describe the wonderful experience we had at Villa Lucco. My husband I and come to St. Thomas almost annually. We usually stay at a hotel but decided to try our first ever VRBO specifically with Villa Lucco for this trip, based on a recommendation. We also invited some friends to join us. The home's entire decor is calming and contemporary. Everything you need to enjoy the space was clearly well thought out and made available. The 6 of us were content to spend time together cooking in the excellent kitchen, BBQing on the grill, listening to music via the Sonos, wading in the pool and enjoying the amazing views of Magen's Bay. Plus we all slept soundly in very comfortable bedrooms. Ashley and Jon were terrific hosts. Jon introduced us to the property upon arrival, and they were responsive to our questions throughout our stay. I'd recommend renting a car if you want to explore the island. Don't miss out on this. Amazing house - we didn't want to ever leave!!
We have had the pleasure of staying in a dozen or so similar-sized houses throughout the Caribbean, and this was without question our favorite house! If you are looking for a house on St. Thomas, please don't look any further - you'll want this one! The house is beautiful inside and out, the kitchen is by far the most well equipped of any that we have ever rented, the beds are comfortable, the house is technologically advanced (Sonos system for inside and out, solar power, easy-to-control lighting and ACs) and well-designed in its layout so that those sleeping are not disturbed by those sharing the common areas, the pool and grounds are very well maintained, and the experience of staying at this home is what a vacation should be. Oh, and the fact that the house has been equipped with a Tesla power wall (three of them!) that keeps you free from worry about the island's power supply issues was a HUGE plus. Alex, the property manager / concierge, was wonderful. She met us at the home for check-in and gave us a very thorough but concise walk-through tour of the property, answered all of our questions about the home and the island, and was in frequent contact by text messages throughout the week to ensure that all was going well. Even the grounds crews were great. Trash collected without us ever knowing that they were there, and when the gardeners came on our last morning I (with no exaggeration) watched them dive into the driveway a few inches at a time to be quiet.

Outstanding house for our 11 family members. Plenty of room and the views are spectacular. Not walkable to the beach but it was a close drive to everything. Alexandria did a great job greeting us and making sure we knew where everything was. She was also good about checking in via text.

If you are looking for a location that provides comfort, fun, breath taking views, quick access to the one the most beautiful beaches in our hemisphere then Villa Lucco2 is your place. Incredible house, exactly as described!
We take a trip every year with extended family and have had our fair share of misses with rental homes. This one blew us away. Immaculate and very well appointed, we cooked with ease for our large multi-generational family. There were even containers for leftovers in the kitchen! The gorgeous views and well furnished outdoor space allowed it to feel like a real vacation even when stuck at the house with a teething baby. Alex, the rep from the rental co, was so warm and helpful. The walkthrough explaining all the tips and tricks to the house was invaluable and she responded quickly even on a weekend night when the stove ran out of gas. Comfy beds, good water pressure in the showers, and ample AC. We would stay here again!

It was overall excellent; beautiful property; amazing landscaping and views. Nice amenities with beach supplies, kitchen fully stocked for simple or elaborate meals; plenty of refrigeration/freezer space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only a couple of suggestions: more or larger bath mats; a better mop and a mop bucket and a start of cleaning solution for mopping - Mr Clean, vinegar, bleach - just something to start with. Alexandria was awesome, a keeper.

Amazing property with spectacular views
5 couples all enjoyed our stay at The villa. The property manager was incredibly responsive and super helpful getting us settled and showing us all the features of the villa. The home was very well supplied and had everything we needed and then some, including beach chairs and all the extras to enjoy at day at Magen’s Beach, which you have to go to, especially after staring at it from the pool. The master suite was a bonus for our parents. 10/10

Relaxing family getaway
What an amazing and relaxing getaway! You cannot beat the views and location of this house! My family and I stayed here for a week around the holidays and it was perfect for grown adults plus a toddler and newborn. Alexandria, the property manager, helped arrange everything for the children so all baby rentals (bassinet, etc.) were conveniently at the house when we arrived. The location is perfect - a less than 20 min drive from the airport and five min drive to the best beach on St. Thomas. We will be coming back for sure!

Breathtaking views
The property is everything we were expecting. We had a group of 10 of us (8 adults and 2 children) and there was plenty of room for all. The patio is where we spent the most time taking in the views and weather while enjoying the pool. The kitchen had more than enough supplies for what we needed which was extremely helpful since we made many meals at the place. Alex the property manager was available at all times and answered any questions we had as well as provided us with recommended drivers and events going on in the area. If you do not plan on renting a car we recommend calling Lisa (a driving service the vrbo recommended) she was amazing and always punctual. She also can provide a weekly rate which we did not know or find out until a few days into our trip which was unfortunate for us, but wanted to pass along to those reading reviews!! Most places are relatively close, but nothing is walking distance, so without a rental car, driving services is a must. If you are considering this place, look no further! We were all very happy with the place and would stay again! Lots of great memories had by all.

Perfection is too small of a word. Absolute DREAM!
We couldn't have imagined a more perfect property for our family vacation! The views were incredible and the layout of the home was a wonderful fit for our extended family, which ranges from ages 8 - 80. Everyone had their own great view and privacy but we never seemed to need it because we were usually in the expansive common areas together. I agree with a previous reviewer who said it is hard to want to leave and explore the island! We did tons of day excursions, chartered a yacht for a day, and went to St. John, which was easily accessible with our cars from this location. But every evening we were anxious to get back to the house to enjoy the sunset, swimming, and dinner on the patio. As someone who tends to over research trips and is always worried if I booked the right property, this one was above and beyond perfect and was even better than the stellar reviews it has received. We had zero issues while we stayed and Alex, the amazing property manager checked in throughout our vacation with tips and suggestions when we needed. She was so wonderful to meet and welcome us to the home, show us around, and had fresh fruit and treats waiting. Had there been any issues with our stay, I'm sure they would have been resolved quickly. Thank you so much, Alex and the homeowners for sharing your home. Our memories will last beyond a lifetime.

This was an amazing property and the property manager was super attentive and helpful! Even more beautiful in person than in pics. We had a couple of maintenance issues with the generator and inability to completely fill the master bath with hot water. However, they were quick and attentive and it all worked out great!

The Miller Moment Destination Wedding
Words cannot express how much we enjoyed this villa. It was perfect for our 4-generation family that stayed here for our destination wedding. Everyone felt like they had their own privacy. The property manager was great. The villa is in between both Magens Bay and the Atlantic ocean and the views are absolutely breathtaking.

Friends and family together, island time
Villa Lucco was an absolute gem. The home was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The views from both the front and back of the property were stunning. The moment you walked through the front door you were greeted with stunning views of Magens Bay and beyond. The house was well laid out for a large group, with plenty of space both inside and out. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated having things like ice, coffee, fresh fruit, paper towels, and trash bags on hand when we first arrived. A personal favorite was the large mango tree in the back; having fresh mangoes for breakfast was a real treat. The location was quiet and private. We joked that everything you needed was twenty minutes away, and that was more or less true. I think it is important to make a special mention of the property manager, Alex. She is a professional, and the communication between her and I was excellent. She was always available to us the week we were there to help out, give advice, or answer any question, day or night. She was awesome. We were a group of ten, four of us roommates in college some thirty years ago. We gathered together, with our families, to reconnect and celebrate our friendship. We made many wonderful new memories together and would come back to Villa Lucco in a heartbeat!

The view the view the view
Wonderful property with breathtaking view. The pool was great to relax in at the end of the day after boat charters. Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cooking utensils. The bedding was very comfortable and plenty of extra pillows. Also wasn’t far from cost u less grocery store for provisions. It’s like a sams club or Costco at home without needing a membership. We had a little hiccup with ac upstairs bedrooms but it was quickly resolved by the next day. Owner was very nice and even sent us some rum and champagne for the inconvenience. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the near future since we do a family trip to the rock every year. The sunsets are just amazing at this property. Book it!!

Beautiful!!
Can’t say enough great things about this home. It exceeded our expectations. Alex is a fabulous property manager and the setting is absolutely stunning. Having a cocktail and over looking Magen’s Bay is something I hope to never forget! We had 9 in our group, 3 of which are teenagers. We all loved the pool, grilling area, and the rooms. If there is 1 drawback, it’s difficult to leave such a beautiful place to get out and explore the area. Thank you so much for allowing us to experience Villa Lucco!!
