Absolutely fantastic hotel , rooms & cleanliness exceptional Staff excellent customer services and friendly. Service is impeccable theirs is nothing to they wouldn’t do for you . Absolutely fantastic food we had Steak which was cooked to perfection & my husband had the sea bass again which was cooked to perfection . I also had the Eaton mess which was absolutely delicious

Super Town Hotel

Another super stay at The Swan Hotel. We stayed in room 107, which was spacious , clean, and had everything we needed and more. Staff always friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Good price. Highly recommend this hotel

Always enjoy staying at The Swan. Rooms and staff are great. Only downside is if your room is at the front of the hotel expect late night noise from the pubs across the road at weekends.

Lovely hotel, super great sized room. First night was really wonderful only drawback on Friday night quite a lot of noise from the nearby disco/club until after midnight. Breakfast wonderful.

Old world charm in the centre of Stafford

Great location - a real olde worlde inn with uneven floors but modern comfort. The car park took a little finding - but good directions on the hotel's own website. Great breakfast

Good bedroom and central position. Evening meal involved microwaved food which was just about edible. Breakfast food better quality however 90 minute wait for cooked breakfast one day. Second day 30 minutes and run out of some of the food. It good enough for a hotel with this rating.
