Mi casa es su casa. Come and enjoy your vacation in our house in Stari Grad on the sunny island Hvar in Croatia. Everything you need is close to our location. About a 2 minutes walk you are in the center where a big supermarket is available, bakery, tourist office, bus station, ATM and more. With free Wifi in the house.

The house has the perfect combination what means, not that big but enough space, 4 rooms, kitchen, terrace, a garden, grill, one free car parking and a sunny terrace to relax and taking a sunbath.

It’s easy to get to Stari Grad. From Split airport, the shuttle bus will take you to the Split ferry terminal in about 30 minutes. The ferry Split – Stari Grad runs daily during the season at several times and stops not far from the center in Stari Grad.

Room 3, a double bed without access to the terrace WITH air conditioning – 1st floor

Room 4, a double bed with topper and sofa bed without access to the terrace WITHOUT air conditioning – ground floor

Maximum 10 people in total (in room 4 a maximum of 2 light people on the sofa bed is recommended, better 1 person, makes a total of 9 people).

The dining area is outside in the garden for 6, on the terrace for 8. With additional chairs more people can use the areas. No dining area inside. There is no place to gather when it rains (it rarely rains in summer). Kitchen with a table and two chairs and an induction hotplate. There is a small table with two chairs in the kitchen.

The room on the ground floor has a limited view through the window (as shown in the picture) without access to the terrace but to the garden area. It is equipped with 1x double bed for 2 people and 1x sofa bed for 2 people (optimally 1 person).

Upper floor (rooms 1-3) only accessible via an external staircase (see picture, no internal staircase).

Kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, garden area and a parking space in front of the garage (max. minibus) are at your disposal.

The owner is on the ground floor in a separate room and also uses the bathroom on the ground floor. Regardless of how you book. However, the owner is not present all year round, so it is better to ask before booking if the owner's presence is a problem for you.

Bicycles (subject to availability, no bicycles for children, only mountain bikes for sporty riding) are available for a small fee.

The air conditioning has an automatic control. Use the air conditioning sensibly (instructions and other important information are written in your Airbnb guest manual).

The property has surveillance cameras recording outside only.

The property is not barrier-free.

Familiarize yourself with the information in good time, such as arrival, accommodation, check-in/ check-out, luggage storage, etc. Use your Airbnb guest manual, checkin manual and the information in your reservation.

If you have any questions or don't understand something, be sure to ask them in good time before booking and arrival. Otherwise you will have to wait for an answer because there is no hotline.

Only SELF CHECKIN/ CHECKOUT with lock boxes. Send me a photo of the ID card of ALL guests BEFORE arrival. You will receive the PIN code for the key box ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL shortly before check-in. The key will be available in the key box from check-in at 15:00.
