The hotel staff are very accomodating. It is decorated beautifully for Christmas. Continental breakfast is delicious. Ms. Julie does a great job at the front desk and is a wonderful bartender.

Check-in was the quickest/easiest we have encountered. The young woman at the desk was the friendliest we have had the pleasure of dealing with. Our room was very clean, hot tub was AMAZING & BY FAR, the best one we have ever been in!! Will definitely stay here again if in that area in the future.

My husband and I stayed at Hotel Mead last year because of my work's Christmas party. I didn't care much last year. Most of our stay was ok except for the breakfast. After we checked what they had, we left—not enticed to check further. I am very impressed this year. You can see that I mostly rated five stars except for the worker, which I rated four stars. The lobby customer rep was friendly, but the lady at the breakfast area was just there checking and looking around. She didn't interact or ask if there was anything we needed or smile. The food was excellent! The best way to treat good customer service is good interaction and food. If not, by asking, greeting, at least making good eye contact, nodding would be better.

Staff was very friendly and professional, Julie. Property was nice. Breakfast was more than the usual coffee and wrapped donut which was greatly appreciated. Rooms were nice and clean, bathroom was a bit outdated. It was a nice stay for this hometown boy.

The staff was great, the breakfast options were also very good, my only complaint is the Hotel was freezing. We were in the west tower and there was no heat in the hallways and our room heater was not working properly. Our room never got universal 60 degrees and with the temps being in the single digits a warm room would have been nice. Also you had to be very careful getting in the shower. No grips on the bottom and it was very slick.

Awesome beds and a piano.
Very comfortable, clean beds. I could’ve slept in them for the whole day. The building itself is quite a bit dated, but you can tell it has a long history because of it. Love the grand piano in the lobby that’s open for play by piano enthusiasts like myself. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay.
