Nice stay bar prices abit high

Room was quite tight for a family as we needed a travel cot for our 14month old. He couldn't share the double sofa bed. Also I think it was just about overpriced at the bar. £10 for a large wine...and not even a very special one was abit excessive.

The hotel was lovely. The customer service was amazing, they couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was great but the food at the evening wasn’t good.

Last minute stay made welcoming

Staff were really lovely, providing food, despite my arriving late from a hospital visit when the kitchen was due to close. Super service. Bed was comfy. Shower ok and breakfast pancake machine always a winner. Secondary glazing very effective.

Excellent service from the moment we stepped in. The service from the young man behind the desk was efficient, caring and effective. The breakfast was a bonus, with plenty to choose from.

Better hotels locally with heating

Hotel was fine, but did not get a wink of sleep as the room was freezing hence no sleep! The aircon unit was set at it’s highest but still did not warm up
