The apartment was as described. It was very spacious. We stayed as a family of 4 and it was a good size. The apartment was well stocked and in a quiet location. It was an easy walk to Westmead station and there are enough shops and cafes within walking distance so that a car is not necessary.
The biggest issue were the blinds in the bedrooms which were very ordinary and light just poured in to both bedrooms, both during the night from lights in the area and especially in the morning. This made sleeping difficult. One of our daughters slept on the lounge as it was much darker in the living room than in the bedrooms. The only other negative comments would be the carpet looked fairly old and dirty (unlike the rest of the apartment which was spotless) and one of the doors into the bathroom did not work (broken handle).
We stayed during the period Taylor Swift was in Sydney so paid more the apartment that you would normally pay, hence I can't really comment on value for money, but overall, apart from the issue of the blinds in the bedrooms this is a nice apartment and I would recommend,
