We liked everything. The staff were lovely, friendly and well trained. We particularly were impressed with Jade — she checked us in at the Reception Desk. We were new to Sydney and she was very helpful and informative. Our room was immaculate, the bed was so comfortable and the shower was great. We are very happy that we chose this hotel.
