I've stayed at Vibe a bunch of times and this was my most disappointing. My room wasn't great, and I couldn't get an early check in, and check in is already pretty late at 3pm. I didn't get a room upgrade either despite booking weeks in advance. Overall I like Vibe and have enjoyed staying there, would like to see a bit more effort go into loyal customers though.

Very dated and old. Musy wet smell, visible signs of water leaks in the wardrobe. Slow check in. Poor breakfast buffet. Lift buttons not working correctly. Recommend pay a bit more and stay somewhere else.

The Hotel was very nbice and very clean. The restaurant had plenty of selection for food and drinks and was very good food and very well priced The room was very large and spacious and very clean Staff was very nice (depending who you talked to) Issues: TV in the second room did not work Shower cold and hot water were not working. You either had cold water or scolding hot water. We asked for them to fix it and since there were no maintenance guys on site for the weekend, there was no fix for them. For our troubles we were offered a free drink with purchase of another drink. Thank you for that..... Either way, I wasnt to say that if they had better customer service they would be a top notch hotel. Iam sorry to not leave a better review, but youhave to give in order to get. If any of the staff reads this I really hope it falls on the right ears.
