The property had potential, but there was a noticeable smell of mold in the room and corridors, and the windows couldn’t be opened to air it out. Otherwise, the hotel and room were pleasant. It’s unfortunate, as with a little more attention to detail, this could be a truly great hotel. The breakfast, while not to my personal taste, was clean and offered a variety of Asian options. Advice to management: consider investing in anti-mold spray and a neutral, mild fragrance for the corridors. Additionally, opening the windows for an hour during cleaning could help improve ventilation and reduce odors.

It was really close to Raohe market (within walking distance), however the property was ok - definitely not value for the money we paid (peak prices during new year). Beds weren’t super comfy and cleanliness could be improved.
