Warren, the young man who checked me in when i arrived, has a very bad attitude! First, he gave me a room and the lock didn't work; so i had to walk back to the front desk. Then he gave a room on the ground floor. When i first arrived, i confirmed that on my reservation i requested a room on the 2nd floor. When i returned to change room, he stated, "I didn't know it was such a big deal." When he gave me the key cards, he said, "Hopefully, that will be good enough for you."
Then after i unload my car, i learn that the TV doesn't work in this room. So i had to return to the front desk a THIRD time!!! When i told him the TV didn't work, he said, "Well there's nothing i can do right now." I reminded him that one of the rooms next to me was empty (several other rooms were empty as well), so he grudgingly changed my room again.
Lastly, i was there for several nights; but when i went out for a late breakfast the next morning, my key didn't work on the door when i returned. Warren only programmed my key to work for one night...a mistake???
