The pool was nice but our room wasnt ready and we had to use the bathroom without a room key. The front desk said there was a bathroom out by pool but every door we tried was locked. We had to keep going inside to 2nd floor. It was not convenient.

First let me start by my room was 520 Had Ants in the bedroom area. Plus air conditioning did not work properly. It was so hot in the room we barely could sleep. Upon arrival I had booked a high floor room that I paid extra for through Expedia. The receptionist acted like he had no clue what I’m talking about.i showed him my receipt that says High Floor booking. Still told me he has nothing available and the most he can give me is 5th floor. The only thing that was good we had a happy hour from 5:30-7 pm and the bar tender was amazing & very friendly. I wish I know her name but I didn’t ask. That was the most positive experience.

The property was very nice, clean and the staff that encountered was very friendly, professional and courteous. The food in the lounge/bar restaurant area was delicious and well prepared. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.
