Hotels.com is a problem not a solution
Hotels.com sold me a room that did not exist. And then I could not get any help from an English speaking person. I am closing my account.

In the dark it was a little confusing to find the inn. Check in was pleasant with an unexpected upgrade. The adobe home was nicely decorated for Christmas and the architecture was fascinating. The owner was a pleasant lady who gave excellent advice re museums and restaurants. Breakfast was satisfactory but unfortunately we had to leave early on the second day so missed seeing the second entry. Bad weather made the trip a little lining.

Yolanda is fantastic and a great host! The BnB is a bit out of the way down a rocky drive way but that adds some charm to the surroundings. The Inn is well kept and comfortable and the patio is quite nice to sit on and have a glass of wine. The breakfast was good every morning and there was a fruit and cheese buffet in addition to a nice entrée. The wifi is not good in the rooms so plan on staying disconnected for the most part. Loved staying and will return.

Out in the Fields
The property is in the middle of nowhere; the room was large and clean, inside, with a window only, no balcony; the bathroom fixtures need upgrading. I think it was overpriced, a basic accommodation for a price of an upscale hotel, definitely not justified.

Paradise in the Upper Desert!
We absolutely loved our stay. The suite was spotless, roomy, and beautifully appointed. Our owner/hostess, Yolanda, is simply a delight. She gave us warm hugs every morning with a gourmet breakfast and wonderful coffee. An added treat was the delicious water from her private well. The setting is stunning, and we enjoyed our morning walks to the Taos Plaza every day. And our evening wine on the patio replenished our souls. We can't wait for our next stay with Yolanda!

Quiet, comfortable and inviting
Just far enough out of the downtown area to be quite and peaceful. Cute, clean rooms with comfortable beds. The owner, Yolanda, is one of a kind. Friendly, sweet, and caring. She also puts on an amazing breakfast! We will definitely be back!!

Friendly B & B
Nice place with a very friendly owner. This bed & breakfast is just off the beaten path. While it is not walking distance to Taos' main attractions, it is only a short drive away. The owner, Yolanda, was very friendly and cooked a great breakfast!

Outside town and perfect
We chose this Inn because it was outside Taos and had received good reviews. It is a good choice for anyone who wants a quiet get away with style. The Innkeeper is very cordial and the breakfast is very special. Both days we were there offered tasty, original, and hearty breakfasts with fruit. Our room was just right and offered plenty of room to spread out and organize our suitcases. I heard my first coyote howl here. It's located on an unpaved road off the beaten path and our GPS didn't find it, but the sign at the side of the road is adequate. After our first search in the dark, we had no problem.

Yolanda is terrific!
Great breakfast. Wonderful atmosphere. Beautiful house. It's a bit of a maze finding it, but no problem with a GPS. That's typical of Taos though. It's still only about 10 min from the center of town. We'll be back.

Great hotel and staff
This is the perfect place to stay in Taos. Quiet and clean, it is exactly what I expected an Adobe B&B to be. Miss Yolanda is a great cook and better person. Restaurants, shops, museums and entertainment are only minutes away. Do not trust google or Taos transportation to get you there efficiently, just call Yolanda.

Could be better
Pros: Our stay started wonderfully with a very welcoming hug from Yolanda, the owner. She's incredibly warm and eager to tell you about the area and things to do. The building has wonderful thick walls, and is beautifully furnished. Definitely has a very homey feel. She also offers a nice breakfast with fresh fruit and something cooked up for you, we were offered eggs and ham. Cons: Upon arriving we were "upgraded" to a different room (unclear if the upgrade was due to us being on our honeymoon or if she had accidentally put someone in the room we reserved). The room we had booked had a queen bed, and the room she upgraded us to had two twin beds pushed together which she called a king bed. There was no comforter or topper on the twins, just a fitted sheet, you couldn't lay in the middle due to the ridge. The twin beds were also old and definitely in need of replacement. It was a shame to have such a beautifully furnished room with such a poor bed. Another con is the room did not have a do not disturb sign, and although I told her while leaving in the morning not to make the bed or clean the room, they still went in while we were gone and cleaned the room, made the bed and replaced the towels. The last thing could be a pro or a con, the location is a bit removed and on these lovely back roads next to great fields. Pro because it's gorgeous, con because you can't really walk to main attractions in Taos.
