The Villa is accessed through a large outdoor courtyard that acts as a watershed between 2 property units, Mistral and Garbino, both equipped with a living room with TV corner, fully furnished and equipped, laundry area, and large veranda.

The Mistral apartment has 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom with an addable and 1 quadruple room, all with en suite bathroom. The Garbino apartment, on the other hand, offers 3 large double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, plus 1 very comfortable double sofa bed located in the living room.

The outdoor areas are a praise of greenery and nature, giving guests an ideal retreat from the daily life, a timeless place where they can relax from the first light of dawn until the night late at night, passing by the beautiful Salento sunsets.
