This house has so much potential. Especially because it is located so close to the very cute, artsy town of Mount Dora. Mount Dora is full of activity: great shops, amazing restaurants, and superior art. It's a hidden treasure. The house had some good things: very well stocked, three bedrooms, a screened in back porch, and a very spacious garage with bikes/helmets for guests. The washer/dryer worked great and was a bonus. But, there needs to be more attention to detail. When we arrived, the trash cans were overflowing so we dealt with getting that cleaned up and taken care of. Both of the bathrooms had faulty toilet paper holders that were falling off of the walls. One bathroom had no stopper in the sink. There was wrapping paper sticking to one of the end tables that was obviously missed by the cleaning crew and fingerprints were all over the glass coffee table top. The couches and patio furniture were worn and old. The back bedroom window was broken. It wouldn't take much to make this a very nice rental. We were very disappointed but the best of the situation. Mo was great to work with and quick with responses.
