I booked 2 reservations here and called prior to ask if we were able to check in earlier than the original check in time, the man on the phone very rude said “no there’s no way” I was already having a bad feeling about this hotel but reservations were done and we had to be out there for our event. Upon our arrival the manager Bryan was able to accommodate us with one room in the mean time, but told us to return at 4 for the other room. We then came back at night for our other room, paid and noticed that they were charging us more than what was originally in my Expedia account. The man that was there in the night shift was so rude talking back to my father, he had no sympathy what’s so ever he straight out said you have a problem call corporate, ok I understand it’s not his fault he’s just an employee but he didn’t even bother to actually help or call a manager and the tone he was using was not necessary. Room sheets were stained, we found dirty ear plugs under one of the beds.. and to top it off the water from the shower was randomly coming at cold. The worst experience for us was the customer service! The first to guys working there noon time and the night shift guy were the worst! Shout out to the guy working Sunday morning there he was wearing a Raiders hat, thanks for understanding and being more sympathetic with our situation. Definitely our FIRST and LAST time here.
