Very nice & comfortable stay.
This was our first time at Avid hotel in Tijuana Otay. Although the hotel is not really close to anything......other than Peninsula Plaza...........this hotel was great. It is fairly new. It is very very clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We found out that the hotel has a shuttle van service to take you where you need to go........I believe it was within 10 kilometers. The air conditioner in room worked great and that is very important to us. One thing I cannot stand is a hotel room with no or a bad a/c. Room was very very cool.....just the way we like it. The free breakfast was really good. Coffee machines give you all kinds of good coffee varieties. The price was cheaper that the other hotels further into Otay. We will stay here again for sure.

The customer service. Every employee I encountered was as attentive and helpful. The person who checked me in, and a gentleman working in breakfast in the morning. I wish I remembered names as they are amazing. I will be back to visit again, and highly recommend.
