Convenient location close to good dining. What was very frustrating…my room did not have heat. I was not aware of this when making my reservations. Had issues with the tv and internet but did get help from one of the staff to deal with it. Very basic.

ROOM 302 Pros: Location Cons: -Music is non stop 24 hours -Other customers loud -Staff walks around with jiggly keys and phone talking loudly -Rooms are dirty -bathroom was not cleaned -Roaches in our room -Beds uncomfortable (need replacement) - Shower temperature hard to regulate (either boiling hot or cold) We were moved for our second night because no refunds. ROOM 301 was much cleaner- no roaches in the bathroom and clean NO A/C or Heater in any room. If your room is hot they’ll give you a fan.
