3. Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Guests are expected to leave the property in acceptable cleaning conditions. This includes washing used pots and pans, avoiding excessive trash accumulation, and preventing stains on floors and walls. An additional cleaning fee may be applied if necessary.

4. Communication for Local Guests:
- Local guests must communicate with the host before making a reservation.

5. Visitor Restrictions:
- Overnight visits by unregistered guests are not permitted. Any visit not included in the reservation is subject to an additional charge per extra person.

6. Additional Prohibitions:
- Smoking, bonfires, barbecues, and candles are not allowed on the property.

7. Maximum Occupancy:
- Maximum occupancy is 2 persons in the room at any time.
